XX/XX/XXXX - I was the victim of a hit and run driver. Pinning my XXXX XXXX between my car and hers causing my XXXX to XXXX XXXX. Driver then drove off. I was XXXX XXXX and was transported by ambulance to nearest hospital. I am left with XXXX XXXX and XXXX. All of my medical insurance information was given to the hospital. XXXX, IL police department made no attempt to find this driver. I went through a year of medical treatment with XXXX and treatment. During this time I NEVER received one bill from this company.
XX/XX/XXXX - I was sent and received a few days later a letter from a collection agency that this company had engaged. This was over one year after the incident. I called this agency and gave them all of my insurance information. My medical insurance refused to pay this as it was over one year, I had completed treatment, and they legally were not responsible. A few weeks later I was notified of this. I have an attorney and his name and phone number were given to them. I have {$47000.00} in medical bills. I have filed a lawsuit against my vehicle insurance, XXXX XXXX in order to get any and all bills paid and my medical insurance reimbursed for what they have paid. I have informed the collection agency of all this. However they reported it to XXXX in order to damage my credit rating. I feel this was unjust as the ambulance company never contacted me personally in any way. Was this deliberate or just overlooked? This should be settled shortly and each and all facilities owed anything will get their money. I have cooperated as fully as possible giving them all information. Yet instead of billing me, they sent directly to collection agency over one year later.

Merchant Credit LLC has listed 11 collection accounts appearing on my credit report. They are all medical debt and all under {$500.00}. They disappeared for a short time, but they have reappeared. I had to dispute them to have them removed the first time. They should be removed as they are medical bills and all under {$500.00}.
