On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted MMS Mortgage company to apply for a mortgage loan to purchase a home. The representative assigned to me was XXXX XXXX. Mr. XXXX sent us an application to fill out per XXXX and my husband and I submitted all documentaion that was requested. Mr. XXXX stated all information received was accurate and we were told not to send any more proof of income. We were sent a preapproval letter for a {$320000.00} for a FHA mortgage pending verification of all documents, appraisal of property, verification of funds and underwriting criteria as we were told we didn't qualify for a conventional mortgage. After receiving this approval letter, we went out and found a home for XXXX but turned it down due to inspection. We found two other homes in the XXXX XXXX area and Mr. XXXX changed our criteria to purchase any home over and over. Anytime we brought this to his attention on any home we wanted to purchase, Mr. XXXX always gave us information on why we were not able to purchase the home due to HOA fees or taxes on the property. We were out looking for homes with our Real Estate agent in the market of {$300000.00} and he would call Mr. XXXX and he was told everything was a go to move forward. Recently Mr , XXXX changed our approval from {$320000.00} to {$130000.00} stating we had given him the wrong figures and he based our preapproval on wrong figures, but we submitted all documentation requested. I callled Mr. XXXX 's supervisor, Mr. XXXX XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX, when talking with him he stated Mr. XXXX did not follow procedure properly and that he would go over our application and submitted income to verify accuracy. Mr. XXXX called back on XX/XX/XXXX and stated he came up with the amount of {$220000.00} that we could be approved for. Mr. XXXX asked if I wanted to be referred back to Mr. XXXX or another representative, and we requested another rep and that was XX/XX/XXXX, and we have not heard back from the MMS mortgage company since that call. We have went from {$320000.00} to {$290000.00}, down to {$130000.00} now back to {$220000.00}. This company does not follow up in a timely manner as we have been waiting for a response since the XXXX and no call. MMS Mortgage I believe initially did not take our application seriously as there is no way we would have had so many different amounts given to us.

Member Mortgage Services serviced a fraudulent mortgage loan on the basis of a mortgage note on our property ( Addressed at : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TX XXXX ) on the XXXX of XXXX of XXXX of XXXX. The mortgage loan has been recorded in the XXXX System with the mortgage identification number of XXXX. Since we did not have any legal business relation with this bank I need to know the following information : 1. Was Member Mortgage Services licensed as a mortgage loan servicer in Texas in XXXX? 2. Who was the borrower of the fraudulent mortgage loan? 3. When was the mortgage note executed? 4. When was the mortgage loan account opened and when was it closed? 5. Who is the lender of the fraudulent mortgage loan? 6. Has there been a deed of trust executed in XXXX County or anywhere else for this mortgage loan? 7. What was the loan amount of this fraudulent mortgage loan? 8. What type of mortgage loan was it ( FHA, VA, Conventional etc? ) https : //www.membermortgage.com XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , MI XXXX Since this was a fraudulent loan and was issued against our property, I believe we have the right to know all these information with evidences for any claim against the fraudulent lender for this loan.

MMS Mortgage is not reporting accurate payment history for my account. My credit report says I haven't made a mortgage payment since XX/XX/2021 however my account is current & payments have been made on-time and in-full through XX/XX/2021. I have an account activity report showing on-time payments, an email from an account rep at MMS and the most recent account statement showing that my account is current. The following months are showing up as NOT paid ( which is NOT correct ) XX/XX/2021 payment, XX/XX/2021 payment, XX/XX/2021 payment, XX/XX/2021 payment, XX/XX/2021 payment, XX/XX/2021 payment. All of these months have been made on-time AND in-full. I need MMS Mortgage to update payment history and Recent Payment History so that my credit report is accurate. I've filed multiple disputes through XXXX & each time MMS responds saying that my credit report is accurate. This has been going on for over a year.
