I am demanding that you delete this account from my reports IMMEDIATELY and supply documentation that is has been deleted, by providing me with an updated credit report. Furthermore, you are negatively reporting information that should not be on my credit report. By law, you are required to IMMEDIATELY AND EXPEDITIOUSLY delete the account showing on your records as XXXX # XXXX. The account number is reporting incomplete, which bars me from being able to verify if the account is actually mine. I have disputed with XXXX and with the creditor as well. I have written documentation that I sent in a dispute for this account as of XX/XX/XXXX, as well as disputed in XXXX and to date there have been absolutely NO remarks listed showing that this account has been disputed. You have violated my consumer rights IN ACCORDANCE WITH FCRA 623 ( A ) ( 3 ). You lied and said that the account was verified as accurate and updated, which is not true. There were absolutely NO changes made to this item reporting after I disputed and I do not see any remarks showing that it has been disputed. I have not received any documents requested to show that this is a legitimate debt and that the alleged vehicle was not sold for the amount that is showing on my report. I do not own a financed vehicle or have access to one, yet I have NEVER received any documentation in regards to a repossession or sale of a previously purchased vehicle. Therefore, if the alleged vehicle repossessed belonged to me, the proper protocols and lawful procedures were NOT followed. You are required to DELETE this erroneous account from my credit reporting RIGHT NOW. I am maintaining these records to report you to the CFPB for violation of the laws that you are REQUIRED to abide by. I am willing to seek legal action to pursue you. Both creditor and credit reporting agency now owe me {$1000.00} per violation of my consumer legal rights. The continuous reporting of this account violates USC 15 1681 ( 2 ) i. ( 2 ) Prompt notice of dispute to furnisher of information ( A ) In general Before the expiration of the 5-business-day period beginning on the date on which a consumer reporting agency receives notice of a dispute from any consumer or a reseller in accordance with paragraph ( 1 ), the agency shall provide notification of the dispute to any person who provided any item of information in dispute, at the address and in the manner established with the person. The notice shall include all relevant information regarding the dispute that the agency has received from the consumer or reseller. This is illegal because a rightful debt can only belong to one company at a time, so why are there so many variations appearing on my reports? The XXXX reporting on my XXXX report is XX/XX/XXXX, and the other 2 reports show XX/XX/XXXX. Also, one report is saying the last payment was made in XX/XX/XXXX, but the other reports say XX/XX/XXXX. Furthermore, this account reported CHARGED OFF on my Equifax report, UNJUSTLY in XX/XX/XXXX. This is absolutely INACCURATE AND FRAUDULENT reporting. I demanded proof of the reporting several times and you have provided NO SOURCE OF VALIDATED AND VERIFIED ACCURATE INFORMATION, NOR HAVE YOU CORRECTED THESE INACCURACIES. So I am holding you responsible for violation of my consumer rights. I have disputed this account for innacuracies several times, so I would like to know how you claim to have verified information is being reported accurately when there are several DIFFERING contradictory numbers and data showing on my reports. All of them can not be accurate if they all differ. You have reported blatant, absolute, LIES on my credit report. This is highly unethical. Why did you falsely report in my remarks across the bureaus on this account that a vehicle in my name was INVOLUNARILY REPOSESSED? That is absolutely not true. Under no circumstances have I ever had a vehicle involuntarily reposessed from my possession and charged off. I VOLUNTARILY surrendered a vehicle as of XX/XX/XXXX, due to severe health issues caused by COVID and giving birth in the middle of an illness and a pandemic. I advised that I was experiencing financial hardship due to being sick and unable to work just prior to having to take a maternity leave and ending up homeless, forcing me to relocate to my grandparents home out of state. I called my previous lender several times to review options and get advised of how to return the vehicle. The creditor intentionally procrastinated on accepting the vehicle back, and proceeded to report a late payment to one of my credit reports. ABSOLUTELY UNETHICAL. I requested proof of this alleged debt amount and paperwork since I was never served notice of this debt and only saw that it existed by viewing my credit reports. The paperwork was never issued or provided. Also, a late payment is showing for XX/XX/XXXX which can not be verified by the creditor as a rightful late payment. The payment history being reported to the bureaus for this account is inconsistent and does not make sense. However, it is damaging my credit reports. Therefore, you are in violation of reporting inaccurate and inconsistent information on my reports which is causing me undue harm in my finances. I am invoicing you for damages accordingly. Immediately delete this account.

On XXXX 's XXXX my transmission went out on my XXXX XXXX XXXX. My loan was almost paid off with 100 % on time payment history even though this is the 3rd financial situation where the vehicle broke down and I still kept my account current. Well this time when the transmission went out I was told by MEI to take the vehicle to their transmission shop. 4days later, mind you I just paid my car note, but they told me that XXXX approved for a mechanical trade at XXXX DOWN. So that weekend I went in to get to my trade so I could keep working without wasting money on XXXX. Well when I get there, of course it wasnt XXXX DWN, they wanted more money, so I had to scrape up and additional {$500.00} ( that {$700.00} in two weeks to MEI ) to drive off in the XXXX XXXX they gave me. Of course no lights or anything was on, and they wouldnt allow for you to test drive cause there is never any gas in their cars at the time of purchase, I even have text to prove this. They also have the audacity to run your credit again on something thats approved already through their company! Well not even 3 days after pulling off the lot the check engine light comes on. I call to set an appointment with the service center and they tell me I cant until I get my contract reinstated with MEI and XXXX. It took almost 4 weeks to get a new contract together but whats the most frustrating about this is the fact that I started receiving calls saying that I was 10days past due on the XXXX. After I explained the first rep, XXXX said ok she will notate the call. I asked her for a PAID IN FULL LETTER she said she will email her supervisor to contact me within the next few days. Nothing happend. About 6 days later XXXX called again saying I was 21days past due. I asked for his supervisor a woman named XXXX came saying she was a supervisor. I asked her for a paid in full letter, she said they MEI, dont participate in this. I told her to escalate my request because I know this should be available for a consumer period from a debt collector. I told her and the previous 3 people that this account better not hit my credit. Well I woke up the morning of XX/XX/XXXX and guess what ... MY CREDIT SCORE DROPPED OVER 50 POINTS and I missed out on closing on my house due to an issue on their end. Right now at this very moment it is still showing a negative tradeline from these crooks. Im forced to consult with a laywer at this point. Im the one taking financial losses from doing what Im suppose to do and I am still waiting on my PAID IN FULL LETTER SO I CAN HAVE MY CREDIT CLEARED.

I was initially denied credit by MEI XXXX to purchase a vehicle. I was given a Adverse Action letter showing why I was denied. I advised the Finance Manager that I had frozen my credit and from being viewed. I advised that I have proof of income which exceeds the required amount needed to secure the asset. After complaining to the company that the laws are being broken in this transaction, the agent of the company advised me that credit would be extended on the conditions that I provide a down payment. I advised the company that this is against the law. The Finance Manager stated that {$3500.00} would get me " Anything on the Car lot ''. I only had {$2000.00} and needed a car bad because my car was stolen on XX/XX/2023. The company knew I needed a car bad so I can live my life and made it extremely hard for me as much as they possibly could. On XX/XX/XXXX, I asked for my refund via phone call with the finance manager twice during that call. The finance manager stated that I needed to speak with his XXXX to get a refund. I advised the finance manager that notice to agent is notice to principal. He reiterated that all refunds come from the XXXX and that he couldn't help me. I sent an email to XXXX XXXX XXXX of MEI XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX in regards to refund. Money has not been returned as of today. I sent email communication to the manager XXXX to discuss my contract and to request refund. XXXX advised me that the company is following all State and Federal laws. I advised XXXX of what happened at his location. I told him that his team would only allow me credit if I put a down payment in after denial of credit letter was generated. In my response, I stated that I wanted a refund of my down payment since the vehicle was returned less than XXXX from the time of signing the agreement. I wrote him to say that I had more questions as it pertained to the account and that in good faith I wanted the company to hold the vehicle until we can figure out the contract. I advised XXXX that the contract never clearly stated that I " owe '' a debt and I wanted more clarity to justify the numbers listed on the agreement. He replied that the only way to get a refund was to sign an agreement releasing liability. I paid the {$2000.00} before any agreement was signed. I clearly stated that I wanted a refund since they have the car, my private information, as well as my down payment. I thought returning my down payment was only fair until we get the contract situated. I have a receipt to prove I paid {$2000.00} for the down payment.

I had an open loan on a XXXX impala, with brought price at XXXX miles, i have paid on this car for a year since XX/XX/XXXX, my loan was finance through MEI finance and purchase at the lot XXXX XXXX, i have tried to reach some kind of agreement with the car and speaking to numerous of supervisors with in the finance company, all i every got was they will give me a a call back, some reason when i first called about this problem my conversation with the people i spoke with wasnt in the system, they claim they didnt have any records of that, my car has been running bad since i purchased it from getting a wheel alignment, brakes, and rotors all that they claim they fix even the body shop when i first purchase the car, they said that the dealer didnt write a slip for the muffle, when i spoke with XXXX XXXX the first time they told me they didnt have a muffle shop, so basically they kept giving me the run around between each other, ask for my files and my payment history never missed a payment, they wouldnt even consider letting they so called shop service department look at my car told me that it will be XXXX weeks before they can get to it, nobody never called back to do a follow up on me, been that i was a active paying customer then they had an 17.8 % interest rate on me when i took the car into a XXXX dealership they told me that the car was only appraised for {$1500.00} - XXXX, i have decided to give the car back i can not afford to fix a car and pay a payment, i explain that to them they told me because the car is broke and at they shop and i needed the funds to get XXXX that doesnt means it put my car note on hold they didnt try to offer me no kind of comprehensive or nothing, they told me they can only give me an 7 day ext why i try to fix the car myself under my own terms, they didnt do nothing that they withhold with this warranty due to the muffle it failed emission test i couldn't even get the car inspected as of today still waiting on someone to called me back and its been over XXXX hours, i have also file an complaint with the better business bureau after doing my research running across a couple of people that have had business with them they all said the same they treat all they customers like that, i will like this loan dismissed and we some kind of way reach agreement that i have successful gave them they money back that the car was worth, XXXX a month

InXX/XX/2019I needed to submit a pay date change because my pay at my job changed from biweekly to semi monthly. The representative in XX/XX/XXXXtold me to fax my paystubs showing semi monthly which I did and over the recorded call I stated my new pay was now on the XX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXXif every month. She sent me a modification for paydate and I signed it. What I did not notice at the time is she made NO change to the agreement because the XX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXXthat month still happened to fall on a biweekly every other Friday. Every other Friday since XX/XX/XXXXsome has called me atleast 10xs a day starting on Fridays saying my payment is late and I go through the WHOLE bad experience again and again. I have resubmitted paystubs to 3 different people who claim to be my account manager every single time. Now Im being told that you can only do a paydate change once in the lifetime of the loan and even though the MEI rep in XX/XX/XXXXfailed to do her job correctly bc I signed the incorrect thing my change request is being denied. Then the rep from XX/XX/XXXXcalls me and laughs at me when Im just trying to help her understand my frustrations with why I have had to reiterate my issue every other Friday to someone who has access to my acct and should be able to see whats going on, not to mention Im being told to send my paystubs with all my personal info every single time to different reps that arent making any changes on behalf of my acct. Now they are re modifying the 1st modification that was submitted wrong and its causing my payments and interest to go up on behalf of their mistake. They have caused me many of interrupted work hours every single time they call me harassing me to make a payment before I get paid and then me having to go through the whole issue every time when it should have been fixed months ago and it has taken 4 months and 5 diff reps to get to this point. This is by far the worst, most unprofessional, most unknowledgeable, most disrespectful, most unhelpful finance company I have ever dealt with that lacks the ability to achieve results on behalf of customer service. I am a loyal customer with 2 car loans through them and have never been late and this is how I get treated every single time.

MEI Auto Finance, also know as XXXX continually reports my auto loan as delinquent. The payment in question is from XX/XX/2016. They submitted the corrections as of XX/XX/XXXX to all of the bureaus, which was temporarily corrected, but again reported the payment late and have done so for the past two months. I was advised by the agent that they realize my payment was n't late. She said the reason the payment reflects as late is because their website ( XXXX ) applied the payment to a late fee first, shorting my regular payment. I advised her that when I paid, there was no mention on their site of any late fee, or else I would have included it with my payment. I have never made a late payment to them. She said that due to the technical issue, I would need to call them to ensure it is applied correctly. I told her that sounded a bit unorthodox. I later spoke with another agent, who advised me that there is no one there that does credit reporting for them. He said that the prior individual had left the company and that they had a new director. He acknowledged that this was certainly an erroneous marking and that he would see what he could do to resolve it. A couple of days later, we received an email from the bureaus advising us that the erroneous payment had been removed. I monitor my credit report and decided to follow up on why it had recently reported a late payment. I discovered that the late payment was back on my credit report as though it had never left. It reflects on all three bureaus. Not only did all of the bureaus update the correction, but they also restarted this nightmare for me. Please help because neither party seems to be concerned in resolving their technical issues or complying with FCRA, despite knowledge of the inaccuracy and escalations from me.

They call 6 times a day and leave detailed messages about me being past due. They call when Ive already set up an arrangement as well call before my payment is due. They harass my references as well as myself. Telling them I owe a debt and they need to get in touch with me when they have my number. I have sent a cease and desist as well as verbally given one to a manager at the office. Even after I had spoken with her I received another call. Today XX/XX/XXXX I have 5 calls 2 voicemails XX/XX/XXXX 1 voicemail 2 calls XX/XX/XXXX 3 voicemails 4 calls XX/XX/XXXX 1 voicemail 3 calls XX/XX/XXXX 3 voicemails 4 calls XX/XX/XXXX 3 calls 2 voicemails I have recorded messages saying I owe money. They are violating Fdcpa I want to peruse legal action and have debt discharged. These are predatory loans and collection practices. The reps scream and berate in an unprofessional manner I want to cut ties with them and am referring to an attorney! They are to no longer call my cell phone and must communicate with me via us mail! Mei auto and anyone affiliated with them do not have permission to call me or my references again for the life of the loan!! The manager I spoke with last week said that the car was in jeopardy because I was 5 days late! I explained that I keep being called and she said I needed to make a payment and they would stop! I advised of cease and desist and was still called 2 more times after I had already spoken with the company! This is illegal activity!

The company XXXX sold me a frame damage vehicle that was illegal. The vehicle was deemed unsafe to drive. XXXX has made several mistakes on the account. This company have several complaints and should be investigated by FBI. This vehicle was not on credit due to several mistakes made by the company. They were reporting back in XXXX that the payments were XXXX when the payments were XXXX. Once advise of the frame damage it was backward and forward lies told by the company. I have had no dealing with this company since XXXX and I have credit reports showing they were removed because that was the agreement. I have credit reports showing no reports from XXXX in over 3 and 1/2 years this has not been on my credit. When it was on there in XXXX it was not being updated with the payment history. Now in XXXX of XXXX they reported that I did a voluntary surrender in XXXX of XXXX that is false and inaccurate. Also on the credit report it only shows an open date no payment history nor further information. They didn't have permission to access my credit in XX/XX/XXXX nor did I turn in a vehicle in XXXX. I have received no notices from this company at all. They are reporting false information and I want it removed from my credit report. I would like proof from XXXX showing that they have been reporting on my credit since XXXX. I have my credit report and I know they have not but I would like to see false documents they will come up with so I can take them to court.

On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX Central time I called to make a {$130.00} payment on a card so that I could then make another payment on a different card for {$140.00} tho make it a total of {$270.00} that I wanted to pay. My balance is {$900.00}, due to the pandemic and my fiance losing her job. On top of that for some reason their payment system never accepts my debit card which is a visa. On this particular call I was transferred to a gentleman who said hes name was XXXX and that he was the account recovery specialist and he would be not only not able to accept that amount but that I need to give him His car back or that he would call the police to my house and say I was withholding there vehicle illegally. Which is whats called filing a XXXX report on someone, because I have been a loyal and faithful customer. Not only have I already paid over half the balance on this vehicle which was purchased for {$22000.00} for a XXXX XXXX XXXX, thats robbery just the price alone. Ive already paid a total of {$15000.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX, and now during a pandemic and all the other issues I have been having with there payments system. Something is not ethical about the business their conducting. Every time I make a payment and I asked for a receipt I get an email with no link?? Im not sure the exact amount of anything because theyre payment email receipts do not display anything. I have complained and begged them 2 resolve that issue to no avail.

I purchased a car from MEI , Inc.XXXX in XXXX. The company lied to sell me a bad car, I've had numerous issues with the car. My final issue was on XX/XX/XXXX. I then had the car towed to the company, told them they can have the car back and I agreed to pay the remainder of the car contract. I continued to make the car payments every 2 weeks, while they kept calling me to harass me about getting a new car. On XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX, when they called, I gave them an attitude and told them to stop harassing me and I would never buy a car from them again. On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to log into my account to make my payment and my account was locked. I called them up and they told me I couldn't make a payment and they closed the account and I didn't have to worry about anything. I went to look for a new apartment in XX/XX/XXXX and was told I had a repo on my credit report with missed payments. The company started reporting late payments after they locked me out of my account and wouldn't let me make payments. When I called them, I told a lady what happened and that it was illegal to falsely report thing to credit agencies. The lady told me that if I had an issue I could do what I needed to do, but they have lawyers. I've asked for a copy of the contract and the ledger of all payments and they won't give it to me. I've tried talking to someone high up, but no one will respond. They broke the contract by not letting me make payment.

I Requested XXXX in XXXX that XXXX provide all the requested documents above which was sent via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested Via XXXX to Validate the Debt and amount because they never sent a certified letter letting me know that they were under Texas XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX disposing of the collateral after default. So that I may exercise my rights as follows! XXXX sent a letter stating that they're not required to respond to a fraudulent claims! XXXX refused to send any and all documents and when I filed a Complaint on the XX/XX/XXXX with the Better Business Bureau and their response was that I can not Rescind The Contract, when my issue was the Procedures were not followed by XXXX prior to the reporting to my Credit which violates the fair Credit Reporting Act! XXXX want me to send them Personal Identification before they send me proof that I am Liable for the Debt which is in Clear Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act! The XXXX XXXX and XXXX was requested in XXXX and it is XXXX XXXX years later and they still have refused to do so! Therefore this reporting to my Credit Report shall be REMOVED IMMEDIATELY BY XXXX FROM ALL CREDIT REPORTING ANGENCIES! I am tired of being harrassed and stressed by this company. A few months back, their agent XXXX XXXX was calling me from different phone numbers and harassing my relatives and stalking my social media. Now their agent XXXX, is having people come to my home in plain, unmarked cars, placing notices on my door. These notices have WAY too much information where any random person can walk up, read it and figure out my personal/ private business. He called last month to harass me after I made a payment and said they were going to pick my car up for {$5.00}. He keeps calling even when I've notified them of when the payment would be made. He said today that he has left several messages, which is simply not true. He made phone calls and hung up withOUT leaving a message. I have asked this company several times, by phone and by email, to refrain from having their excessively aggressive agent, 'XXXX ', contact me, but they still keep allowing him to. I have had this car/ loan for over three years now which appears to be a long time for anyone to have a car with this company. I've put several XXXX dollars toward the loan as well as the mountain of repairs. I do not plan to loose the car.

Today XXXX I called and spoke to XXXX about 2 late payments on my account. I got transfered 3 different times all because they couldnt answer me when laws were quoted. The last agent told me they don't have a credit reporting department so I would have to get the bureaus to update the late as they can not change the late payment. BUT SOMEBODY IS REPORTING THE DEBT IN ORDER FOR THE BUREAU TO POST!!!! That is breaking my privacy right as reporting this info which is {$1000.00} violation ' 15usc1681b says no permissible purpose so if they didnt get my permission to post this information how can they????? 15usc1681a2 a ( i ) exclusion from consumer report ..transactions and experiences between the consumer and the person creating the report. So if it is EXCLUDED from the report how are they allowed to report it anyway. I call the bureau as they advised me to and the bureau says they just have to keep disputing it and go by what they say... .where is the justice if it just keeps bouncing like a basketball from me to the bureau, the bureau to automax and automax back to the bureau with the same lame answer. Thats not fair at all.

Disputed with the company on XX/XX/2020. Company received my disputes as it shows according to my certified mail receipts. It is now XX/XX/2020 and I have not received back from the company any information in regards to verification of these debts. The FCRA gives the company 30 days to respond. I have not received a response. This has been my 2nd attempt to resolve this matter with the creditors listed on my report and the credit bureau reporting this information. The bureau is in direct violation of my consumer rights because they have ignored my requests for there methods of verification and documentation used to validate these debts. XXXX has already removed several of these unverifiable accounts and yet XXXX and XXXX are still reporting some of them. XXXX in particular has not even responded to my dispute request at all. XXXX is continuing to claim that these accounts are certified or verified but has not provided me with any proof of the matter, although I requested it way more than 15 days ago. This is a violation. I never received notice of this debt or the amount that is shown due on my credit report.

I purchased a XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX at a monthly payment of {$500.00} due on the XXXX of each month. Due to a lay-off, I fell late with XXXX payment, but immediately brought the note current when I found another job about XXXX weeks later. As a result of being off for that length of time, I could no longer make the payments exactly on the due date, but make them every single month in full. The creditor MEI Finance/MEI Auto/Midpoint Auto ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX TX XXXX ) has decided to consistently call me no less than XXXX - XXXX per day. They call my job, they call my relatives telling them they will repo my car if I do n't call them by a certain date and time, this is after I have requested they stop calling both my job, family, and friends, and to stop calling me more than once per day. Again, I make my payment in full every month, never going past XXXX days late, but because I can not pay exactly on the XXXX, and they have no " grace periods '' according to them, they begin with the daily/hourly incessant and constant phone harassment and threats, and I would like it to stop!

This company does not use proper collecting practices when calling consumers, they never recite the disclosure statement when initial contact is made, the agents use threats of actions they can not legally carry out. Today XXXX/XXXX/XXXX an agent threatened my daughter whom has assumed payments on my common law husband XXXX Cadillac DTS. The agent told her that XXXX my vehicle a XXXX XXXX that was purchased at a later date and different owner account is connected and since she could n't make payment XXXX vehicles will be sent up for repossession. An agent by the name XXXX refused her partial payment stating she has to have the whole payment putting her further behind. These agents have made personal remarks insinuating having a personal relationship with my husband to my daughter. My husband even called today to ask for a 10 day payoff and again the said representative XXXX replied she would call him tomorrow with that information. A 10 day payoff should have been performed while my husband was on the line, there 's no way he should have to wait for that information.

I contacted MEI Finance on XX/XX/19 at XXXX XXXX asking to extend my arrangement until XX/XX/19. I spoke with a Supervisor XXXX, I believe, or I may be misspelling her name. However, she was very rude and started speaking to me in a tone as to if I was being dishonest. I am scheduled to have a medical procedure on Tuesday and had to pay out of pocket my portion since I have not met my medical deductible. She asked me to send her copies of my receipt from my Dr showing her what my out of pocket expenses was in order for her to extend my payment. I felt violated for there are hippa laws and my information from the Dr has very personal information disclosed about my medical history. She also asked me copies of my check stubs to show where I have been off of work due to illness, which I have no problem with that. I just don't like the fact that I am being treated as if I am being dishonest. I really do not appreciate this type of behavior in behind an auto loan.

I have a biweekly payment of {$220.00} ; whenever I go past a day or two of being late, my references as well as my self are harassed with calls from morning to night, as well as emails up until the day I make my payment. They have disable my car after about 5 days after the due date on a couple different occasions. Since when does a car dealership charge you fees for not having full coverage?
