XXXX XXXX from XXXX Collections started harassing me via text message to my phone on XX/XX/2023 regarding a debt he claimed I owed. He threatened to report this debt to a credit bureau. I told him he was mistaken but he insisted that I had not paid for services rendered. This statement was completely false. Neither the doctor 's office nor the doctor 's billing department was able to provide any information regarding an unpaid debt. XXXX XXXX continued to harass me with the false claim of unpaid debt. I contacted my insurance company and was told that at no time was any doctor 's bill denied payment. The doctor 's office told me that the office no longer works with XXXX XXXX and suggested it was because of his unethical behavior. The office manager from the doctor 's office told me to disregard any contact from XXXX XXXX, who continues to claim I have unpaid debt.
