Meade Recovery Services is reporting erroneously on my credit file and it must be fixed immediately. Meade Recovery Services filed a judgement against me for a debt that was not mine. I tried multiple times to tell them that and they would not hear me out. This account was fraudulent. However, no matter how many times I got in contact with anyone, no one could ever prove that this account was mine or that these services were ever rendered. In XXXX, I ended up paying the account in full and thought the ordeal was done with. However, I noticed this account is still reporting on my credit. After all I went through with them, they still feel the need to never talk to me but personally affect my credit?!? This account must be removed from my credit file, it is paid and settled despite it not being mine. I am also aware that while this account is under review you lawfully can not report this on my credit until your investigation is over. If your office continues to report invalidated information to any of the three credit bureaus this action might constitute fraud under both federal and state laws. Due to this fact, if any negative mark is found or continues to report on my credit report by your company I will not hesitate to bringing legal action against you and complain to the Attorney General for the following : Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act & Defamation of character. During this period, if any action is taken which could be considered detrimental to any of my credit reports, I will consult with legal counsel for suite . All references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my credit file and copy of such deletion request shall be sent to me immediately.

Did not know I had this debt. It resulted from a office visit in XX/XX/XXXX. I received one bill, called the XXXX office, spoke to XXXX - was told she will call me back as she had to look into the bill. Called two more times to front desk - was told it was taken care off so I didn't worry about it as I thought they wrote it off as my entire bill ended up at almost $ XXXX. That was in XX/XX/XXXX. I just found out it was reported so I called the debt collection MEADE RECOVERY agency IN XXXX, UT XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX @ at XXXX MST. XXXX, a CSR answered and i asked to please speak with a supervisor. He assured me that he was a supervisor. I told him that I don't believe him as supervisors don't answer the phone. Two more times he said he is a supervisor then admitted that he is not. He was misrepresenting and lying to me and that is a gross violation. That credit agent has never contacted me to give me a chance to make things right. Lying to customer is a CFPD violation and want this company investigated. The bill is about {$330.00} and I want this taken off my credit report if I pay the bill.

Meade Recovery Services has been sent XXXX requests in written correspondence to the address they themselves provided. XXXX requests for validation of the amount reporting on my credit report of XXXX have been sent via certified mail, both of which they refused to respond to. I have attached XXXX request sent certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX, as well as a cease and desist notice when they failed to respond. In order to validate this " account '' and the balance reported as owed, Meade Recovery Services violated my legal right by failing to provide me any documentation whatsoever, which has been requested in writing twice since XX/XX/XXXX. I provided updated contact information to hopefully help facilitate getting the documentation I needed to be able to know what this account was, and dispute it if appropriate. Meade Recovery Services violated FDCPA regulations by 1 ) failing to provide documents to validate, including date of service or services provided, and 2 ) by continuing to collect or threaten legal action if it 's not resolved without first providing the validation as requested.

Hello, Back in XXXX, I went to get a XXXX done on my teeth by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was double covered with insurances at the time. XXXX XXXX XXXX charged OVER the legal agreement with XXXX of XXXX ( XXXX ). They also charged for teeth j never received work on. They billed me for over {$6000.00} and said the insurance covered a little over {$3000.00}. After speaking to XXXX, they were never allowed to charge that much, nor would my out of pocket be that high, especially being double covered. Please check XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Utah reviews. They are continuously doing this! A year later ( XXXX ), they gave my debt to XXXX XXXX, who have been horrible. My balance started at {$2100.00} and is now {$5700.00}. I have let them know, that this is fraud and Im taking XXXX XXXX XXXX to court. I have asked MULTIPLE times for documents, which they refuse to provide. I received a Demand letter from Meade Recovery Services dated XX/XX/XXXX for a supposed debt owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of {$37.00}. This balance was paid in full directly with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX on XX/XX/XXXX which they confirm. Meade Recovery verbally confirms that they have been told by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX not to continue with collections attempts but refuse to provide me with any written confirmation that they have closed their file. Given that they have sent me a written demand letter informing me that I had until XX/XX/XXXX to pay the balance before they begin collections practices for this non-existent debt I feel it is only reasonable to expect Meade to provide me with WRITTEN confirmation that they have closed their file at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX request and that any potential collections acts have been ceased,

Meade Recovery Services LLC have been harassing me about a debt. I recently spoke to their representative and asked them not to keep calling me but instead, send me a written notice in the mail about the debt so I can properly respond but they did not. I was told by the representative that they will file a legal action if I don't pay the debt. On XX/XX/2021, I received two phone calls from them. They called my cell phone at approximately XXXX XXXX. I answered the call and nobody answered the line. A few minutes later, they called me on my home line. When I answered the line, nobody spoke so I called them back. I spoke to a representative and asked them not to keep calling me because that is harassment. They representative told me that " they are trying to help me '' this time.

I received dental cleaning services at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had dental insurance through XXXX XXXX and the provider verified my insurance and advised me that it would be covered 100 percent. Some few weeks or months later, the provider sent me a bill. I disputed the charges because I was told that it would be covered 100 percent. If I knew that the dental services would not be covered 100 percent, I would have cancelled my appointment. XXXX XXXX XXXX attempted to collect payment from me and I explained to them what happened. They retained an attorney and filed a lawsuit and attempting to collect more that what I was told by the dental provider that I owe after the services This is just like XXXX invading XXXX and these charges are not justified

I have called once a day at different times to see if they answer EVERY MONTH AND NO ANSWER I have tried to reach them over and over to find out how much I owe. Because I only have one last statement from XXXX. That just shows even by leaving voicemails they dont return my calls EACH MONTH. Even their website doesnt let me see how much I owe. Their website only asks how much we want to pay. I had to call the doctors office so the secretary could contact Cooperative Solutions. I dont want to give them more than I owe and have them not return the left over money because of their lack of communication. Obviously they take the money but dont communicate with their debtors.

Meade Recovery keeps reporting to my credit. There are two accounts they keep reporting. They were included in my bankruptcy. I have put hours of work into this. It gets removed and put right back on. They provided me a letter that there are no accounts with them whatsoever at this time. Please help me. This has cost me a great deal of problems and money when trying to build my credit. I qualify for loan and then they decide no. I have terrible credit cards because of this issue. Also XXXX XXXX XXXX keeps showing the incorrect balance. It has never been over the limit. Thank you.

Meade Recovery Services LLC is trying to collect a debt that I believe I do not owe. They claimed I owed about {$150.00} and have not provided any proof of the debt. I have explained to them that I had dental insurance and the provider verified it would be paid 100 percent by the dental insurance carrier. They have retained at attorney and trying to force me into paying more than {$750.00}. I am not responsible for their attorney fees and I can not simply afford to pay {$750.00} for a medical bill

A little over a year ago discovered that I owed money to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which I've never visited. The debt is now being collected by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called the dental office and they said that I can resolve the problem with the Debt collection agency, but after calling they were no help. I also submitted a couple disputes through XXXX credit report agencies, but the dispute was dismissed as " Accurate Information. ''

I had a judgement on a XXXX bill by Meade Recovery. They placed liens against my house without notifying us. The debt was discharged in our bankruptcy filed XX/XX/XXXX. This judgement continues to show as open and paid on my XXXX report. It is discharged and closed. Judgements were discharged. Liens have been scrubbed XX/XX/XXXX. I do not owe them anything.

Meade Recovery Service # XXXX is reporting a new collection on my credit report, however I never got any notice for this collection nor did I get my 30 day right to dispute letter. I had no idea this collection existed until it showed up on my credit report. They also have my information incorrect and I am settling it.

Meade Recovery is shady! They will take more money than legal. Filed a lawsuit against them, have the judgement for them to drop the credit reporting after our agreement to pay a set amount. They keep disputing my claims to drop off my credit. Even with the attached court agreement.
