Please refer to complaint number XXXX and incorporate and include in this complaint. My complaint was against the new mortgage company XXXX XXXX ), which is the incorrect entity. The complaint should have been directed to the MCM Capital Solution and the title company XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The heart of my complaint is as follows : Please utilize all of the documents submitted in complaint no. XXXX, in addition please consider the additional issue based upon the information submitted to me by XXXX. XXXX. The signature is not the signature that I signed when the loan was signed at my construction site in the presence of my plumber. 2. I never received a copy of my signed documents within the three days required to rescind the loan or correct the errors. Documents purportedly signed on XX/XX/2023 and I received a mailed copy dated XX/XX/2023, that was not complete and contained several blank pages. i just received a complete copy from XXXX on XX/XX/2023.
3. The Escrow Account was not to be contained in the loan documents and was included without my knowledge, consent or consideration. 4. Hold MCM Capital XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX accountable and remove the fraudulent misrepresentation signatures on the documents.
