On XX/XX/2023, I sent an Apple Cash payment to a family member in the amount of XXXX. At the time, I didnt realize I had a balance of {$27.00} on my Apple Cash card, so it deducted that balance and debited the other {$620.00} from my XXXX checking account. The next day ( XX/XX/XXXX ) when I saw the transaction in my checking account activity, I did not recognize the amount ( and frankly, in the moment, I didnt even recall sending the Apple Cash payment for XXXX the day before ), so I mistakenly filed a dispute with XXXX and told them I had not authorized that transaction. The next day, XX/XX/XXXX, I realized my mistake and called XXXX to withdraw the dispute. They quickly sent me a letter indicating that they understood I no longer wished to dispute that transaction, that they had closed their investigation and no further action would be taken. I have attached that letter in PDF format. My Apple Cash account, however, has been restricted ever since and I have not been able to restore access to this service, which I have routinely used for years. Ive spoken with both XXXX and Apple Cash Support at least 30 times over the last 4 months. Every time, without fail, Apple Cash insists that they can not restore my account until XXXX withdraws the original dispute. XXXX repeatedly insists that they have no way to notify Apple Cash or withdraw the dispute on my behalf. It appears that the systems that manage these types of fraud claims are completely automated and are mutually incompatible - Ive elevated my complaints to numerous supervisors and fraud specialists and have been told repeatedly by both XXXX and Apple Cash Support that nothing can be done to withdraw the dispute and restore access to my Apple Cash account. Ive also been told by XXXX that they use a third party agency called XXXX XXXX to manage their fraud claims, and that they have no way of contacting XXXX XXXX to withdraw this particular dispute. Apple Cash has indicated that their customers use other banks that also use XXXX XXXX for fraud resolution and have never experienced this problem. But it appears I am permanently locked out of a service that Ive used for years because I mistakenly disputed an authorized transaction, and XXXX and Apple Cash are unable or unwilling to withdraw or otherwise resolve this dispute.

On XXXX I had a withdrawl from my Apple Cash account in the amount of $ XXXX. At the time of this withdraw I already had a XXXX balance in my apple account, so I was then charged $ XXXX from my personal debit card since it was linked to my apple id. At the time of the transaction, I was well aware of what was going on and was authorizing it. The money was being subtracted from my personal checking account and being fed through Apple cash and going to the person I was doing business with. These funds were being sent to a business who managed 401k portfolios, however about an hour after the transaction took place, they went radio silent and I have not heard from them since. I was essentially scammed out of $ XXXX at this point and it was taken from my personal account, so I reached out to my bank and they were able to refund $ XXXX to my checking account directly. At this point my apple cash is now frozen at - $ XXXX due to the fact that the scammer got $ XXXX and apple is waiting for these now $ XXXX funds that were supposed to be paid by me to bring my balance back to XXXX. Now, on XXXX, I received money in the amount of {$630.00} from a close friend of mine to my apple cash account, ( which remember is still - $ XXXX ) but she sent it before I told her not to send it via apple cash. So now I cant use the money she sent me, and I cant send it back to her, nor will Apple reverse the transaction. Apple has refused to cancel or void anything, nor will they give a reason why. I now have had {$630.00} stolen from by Apple and they still believe they are correct and not in the wrong.

I Recents really realize inquiries on my credit report that I did not authorize I have been a victim of identity theft with my ID and Social Security card was stolen I did send out letters. On XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX asking for this inquiries to be removed from my credit report that I do not authorize. customer service at XXXX or XXXX would not help correct my file by deleting the unauthorized inquiries reporting to my credit report. Hello All I have called Apple Cash multiple times in order to un-restrict my apple cash account, and they keep on telling me that " they can't verified my identity " when ask why, or how I can resolve the issue they just said sorry sir and hung up on me. Apple cash need to get this issue resolve. I am worry that my identity, I need to make sure how and why, they are un able to verify my information and how I can resolve it What apple is doing is criminal
