I have had my mortgage with McCue mortgage for 15 years without any issues and have had the same homeowners insurance company XXXX XXXX. My homeowners is escrowed with my mortgage and I am current and have been with my payments. My annual home owners of {$1300.00} was due in XX/XX/2019 to XXXX XXXX. I received a bill from XXXX XXXX stating XXXX was received and they would re bill the mortgagee. I also contacted the mortgagee and they confirmed it was taken care of. In XX/XX/XXXX I get a cancellation notice from the insurance company for non payment. When I called the insurance company I was told the check bounced. Once again the mortgagee told me everything was fine. Then next bill stated there was a correction of more charges, and got a cancellation notice and was cancelled by XXXX XXXX XX/XX/19 and I had to pay out of pocket {$280.00} to reinstate XX/XX/19while they research as we are back to square one and say they do not have payments. I have contacted the mortgagee and have been told that they received confirmation numbers so as far as they are concerned they are done. After repeated attempts to fix this Mc Cue is ignoring my concerns. They had to have been notified that my insurance was cancelled and they did not contact me about cancellation.

We signed a contract to purchase a bank owned property or short sale. Property address : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CT XXXX. Contract was signed XXXX/XXXX/16 and XXXX/XXXX/16. Repeated communications in regards to moving forward. On XXXX XXXX we were advised that it was assigned to a rep at McCue mortgage and we would hear something soon. On XXXX XXXX after we inquired we were told that additional documentation was requested by the seller the week before and the seller was obtaining information. We were advised we would hear something back by XXXX XXXX. On today 's date ( XX/XX/XXXX ) we were advised by the short sale negotiator that McCue is VERY slow and they are likely another couple of months from an approval. They have not finished financial review yet, based on the financials they have asked the seller for. They have not ordered and appraisal or title report yet. Short sale negotiator states that they have had at least XXXX files with McCue in the last year and they are taking way longer than most other lenders. We are desperate. We will not have a home XX/XX/XXXX. We need to know if we will be able to purchase this home by then. We have XXXX children and need an answer as soon as possible.

I have always paid my mortgage two weeks early, I have been receiving letters monthly going back to XXXX? Stating that I was late. Obviously this was a major concern for myself. I called, talked about the issue, and was told it was resolved ( They received it early, suggested I pay it later in the month to fix the issue - it was applied as a principal only payment ). I started mailing my payments on the XXXX instead of the XXXX. This has happened every month since then and no one seems to be able to resolve the issue for me. I keep getting " My manager is n't available - they 'll call you back '' " I 'll call you before the end of the day '' " I 'll send you an email today no matter what to give you a status update ''. The issue right now is that I 'm " late '' on paying the late fee from paying early ; the same late fee I 've been told has been taken care of on multiple occasions. I also requested a corrected XXXX that showed my proper interest paid as the value on my XXXX is incorrect for 2015.
At this point I do n't trust any of their accounting for my mortgage ; and no one is getting back to me or resolving my issue. I have spoken with McCue Mortgage on XXXX occasions at this point.

I recieved a letter from McCue Mortgage dated XX/XX/2020 that my payment was 15 days late. I called the company on Thurs., XX/XX/2020 and they said that they just recieved my payment. I said I was confused because I always pay a month ahead of my due date. The check they recieved was supposed to be due XX/XX/2020 not XX/XX/2020. They then sent me a listing of all my payments for the past year.
I discovered that the extra {$20.00} I sent in every month for escrow was being applied to my principal and not my escrow. I also discovered that check # XXXX, which was cashed on XX/XX/2020 was never applied to my account.
I was then informed that the money had been misappropriated to my escrow account. Then, in XXXX they issued me a check for {$710.00} for an over funding my escrow.
Essentially, the mortgage company is misappropriating funds between my escrow and my principal, and now I am a month behind in my payments.
When I asked for an explanation as to how and why this has happened, I was hung up on my the manager of the service department. I have since reached out to two Vice Presidents.

The cares act was provided to assist mortgages during XXXX, COVID pandemic. I worked with McCue to try and pay the mortgage despite the struggles of getting COVID, working in an XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which was greatly impacted. In attempting to get a new mortgage I realized that I was being charged late fees during this period that I was not supposed to be charged as I struggled to make payments. In XXXX after trying my best and running 60 days behind I took the option of filing for the COVID forbearance. During that period from XXXX to early XXXX I was not charged the late fees.
This was reported to the credit bureau, I am in the middle of selling the house and attempting to get a new mortgage. Due to the charges incurred I am not able to secure a mortgage. I attempted to resolve this with McCue and I received an email that I was offered the forbearance before I actually applied therefore they are not able to remove those charges. Based on what I read about the Cares Act and consultation, I am making this report to gain a resolve with McCue Mortgage.

Never received a compromised claim disclosure for {$9800.00} ( VA Home Loan Guarantee ) or sale disclosure form from the mortgage company that occured on XX/XX/XXXX. When I attempted to request all documents pertaining to the short sale ( XX/XX/XXXX ), representative was resistant to my request, telling me that I could not have those documents. Later the mortgage rep called back and stated that I could get email correspondences in relation to the sales transaction. I also was informed that any documentation pertaining to the sale of the house would cost me {$5.00} per page.
At closing of the sale I did not receive any closing disclosure from the sale or a compromised claim documentation submitted to the VA Home Loan Guarantee.

Hi! My mortgage company gave me a coupon book with what I owe to them, that is a different price than what I owe. I payed the amount on the coupon book and they are now stating that it is delinquent and will refuse to confirm that it will not go against my credit score. They have also made countless error in the past with my mortgage, including applying my mortgage to another person 's account last year. I would like assistance in resolving this. XXXX. Because of the last complaint I filed, during the closing the company decided to fine/steal {$230.00} from me. They claimed it was interest owed to the XXXX. I contacted the XXXX and they said that was lie. I contacted McCue Mortgage again and they confirmed that and said they would refund me the {$230.00}. I never received payment.

It's XX/XX/XXXX and McCue Mortgage still has not paid my taxes. Even after telling them this they said they would pay it in a timely fashion ... NEXT MONTH. It's due today. They are refusing to pay it.
