On XX/XX/ I sent the amount of {$95.00} usd to a family member internationally to XXXX using maxi transfers through a company by the name of XXXX XXXX. As I've called countless times to check on the status of the transfer being as my recipient has to this day not yet received the money, have received no help from the company. So today I finally get through to customer service and i am told after giving information about the transaction that XXXX rejected the transfer due to the account not being able to receive international transactions at the time. So I kindly asked for assistance with getting a refund and was transferred to a customer service representative by the name of XXXX and after I provided her with the Confirmation number to the transaction was somehow disconnected. So I am now taking the necessary action of submitting this complaint. All I want is my refund for the money that was sent and never received please and thank you.
