On XX/XX/22 XXXX XXXX XXXX reached out to me on behalf of my father to see if he could qualify me for a loan to purchase the condo that I have lived and rented from my father for a little over XXXX years now. XXXX XXXX also stated that he was friends with my step mother and step sister. He stated he was here to assist me. So I proceeded to provide XXXX XXXX with my information and XXXX XXXX emailed me what he would qualify me for using the equity as a gift for the down payment. About a week went by and my father called me to let me know that the amount that XXXX XXXX emailed was not what he would qualify me for as well what was on my credit report. At the same time XXXX XXXX presented an opportunity to purchase a home in XXXX XXXX that was owned by a friend of his for {$230000.00}, well he told my father the most he would qualify me for was {$120000.00} and the email says {$200000.00}? It is my understanding that XXXX XXXX was only to present the amount of what he would qualify me for and nothing else. I am attaching the email between myself and XXXX XXXX.

We refinanced with Mason Mcduffie mortgage corporation. In XXXX we received a notice saying that are loan will get transferred and theyll let us know more when it does. We never received a servicing transfer notice that tells us it has been transferred and to whom are payments will be going to. So we kept sending our payments to mason mcduffie and the money was taken out of our accounts. We then got a notice from a collection agency months later. We now have several late payment fees and a payment that doesnt show. We are in the process of sending XXXX ( new servicing company ) proof of payment. But they will only credit one late fee. Which is unacceptable. We are never late on payment. And now Im afraid this affected our credit also. There were several phone calls with mason mcduffie about payments made to them and not once was it mentioned were sending the mortgage payment to the wrong place.

I withdrew my request for a loan with Mason McDuffie to work with the Builder 's preferred lender, as this was in my best interest. Mason McDuffie asked me to remain with them and offered a full loan approval in 48 hours. After I declined, Mason McDuffie entered my loan into the FHA system as a denial. This created a significant impediment to my loan being transferred and approved by the Builder 's preferred lender.

I am looking at my credit report and saw an inquiry from XXXX on XXXX th which I did n't authorize. As per XXXX their Client Mason-McDuffie mortgage ordered a credit report and I have n't authorized either XXXX Mason-McDuffie to put hard inquiry into my credit report. I request that they removed this inquiry ASAP and no more inquiries moving forwardXXXX Miscellaneous XXXX XXXX, 2013 XXXX
