Contacted MAS on XXXX to make a payment for XXXX. I was informed they dont accept XXXX account although the representative informed me they do. In addition ; my last payment was made with a savings account. Ive had the loan going on XXXX years, encountered XXXX both times Ive called to make electronic payments by phone. Their website also lists they accept electronic payments by phone. Previously my account was charged additional fees due to the company stating I had no insurance coverage although I did. They attached their insurance on my bill resulting in the monthly payment being extremely increased. The representatives are hard to deal with and Ive only had decent experiences with XXXX and XXXX. I havent received an account ledger for my balance as requested or any policy they dont accept XXXX. Again, the website shows they do. On XX/XX/XXXX. I found out today the reason I may have not got the ledger is because XXXX XXXX placed a cease and desist on my account. This was done without my knowledge or permission. This information wasnt relayed to me until speaking with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Its also conflicting because XX/XX/XXXX XXXX I have an email from XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX I also have a voicemail from XXXX. I have never spoken with anyone named XXXX before & this cease and desist had to be placed on my account by someone other than me back on XX/XX/XXXX. The company has now informed me they can not send me proof they dont accept XXXX payments as well as my general ledger. I am 30 % paid off on the loan & this situation is pushing me beyond my XXXX day period to make a payment by XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX informed me I would need to wait on XXXX to return to the office on XX/XX/XXXX ( which puts me behind on my loan for the first time, besides when they company over charged my account for additional insurance & had to readjust it ). Again, XXXX has always been helpful, but this is a family business and a lot of bias things going on.

Calls twice a day with a recorded message that says " my loan with MAS financial is in default, press 1 to speak to a representative. '' I push 1 and it transfers me to a " disconnected or no longer in service number. '' I call the company direct and the robocalls aka automated calls from an auto-dialer still continue even tho I've talked to them. And I've told them a number of times that the robot calls continue twice a day everyday and they said there is nothing they can do about it. I filed a complaint with the XXXX which is doing nothing with the robocalls. Also I have asked like 10 times if not more to get a statement with the amount and how they arrived at that amount and they have yet to procure one, they did send me a letter saying that the insurance only covered part of it and that this amount is what is left. I am not accepting it. i would like to see everything the original loan amount minus down payment, and for the love of XXXX I doubt it was applied as I was told by the dealer that no finance company will not finance anyone without a down payment. So where did it go? The dealership took the {$1000.00} was the 100 % profit for them? I was lead to believe that the finance company got that money. Plus I wan na see the payments and interest that was applied as well as any fees. I want it broken down. Do I have to send them an XXXX spreadsheet to fill out? I thought this was a professional company. Obviously not. They did say something along the line of well why didn't I have gap insurance? I told them I asked about it and was told I didn't need it and that they didn't offer it, and they didn't know who did offer it or where to get it. I was told that finance companies are the ones to offer it, it was a requirement for the last car I bought and the finance company offered it and included it with the payment.

On XX/XX/2022, I asked my partner to call and request the total balance on the account with MAS financial services, because I was working. Due to the fact that I had previously noticed that on all of the billing statements sent to me are a different balance on the account, and only continue to vary with each new statement. MAS financial refused to give this information on XX/XX/2022. Additionally, the monthly payment increased by {$100.00}. I was never notified beforehand. Very shortly after I had my partner request this information, I began to get phone calls by MAS financial at my Job, and random family members of mine also have been receiving phone calls. MAS financial was never given family contact information nor given permission to contact my job or family members. They were notified on one of the times they called a family member of mine that they are in violation of federal law of repeated phone calls which constitutes harassment. In a second attempt to find out information, I sent a cease and desist on XX/XX/2022 certified mail to only contact via mail and requesting original documentation also via mail. I gave 30 days to respond. MAS Financial never responded within 30 days. I was sent a letter from the a debt collector for an amount due not total balance of account on XX/XX/2022. Now it is XX/XX/2022, I received a phone call with no caller ID. I answered with hello and the first response is " What's up XXXX, where is the red car '' Now I am requesting " Request for an accounting '' notarized in writing via certified mail. where I will be assessing a fee of {$33.00} a day. I want any and all documentation provided to me within 14 CALENDER days. I also have forwarded all this information to the FTC, DFPI and attorney general of CA

I bought a XX/XX/XXXX Chev Colorado at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( aka XXXX ) in XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Today is XX/XX/XXXX and I have called them, gone to see them and sent them numerous emails regarding the tags for the car, and to date have received nothing. Also, 2 months after I got the truck the engine 's gone bad. I have paid my pymt each month to the lender, but the dealer has given the 'too bad, so sad ' about the truck not working. The repairs of the engine are almost {$2000.00}, so the truck has sat parked in my driveway since late XXXX. They have been very unresponsive about the tags. So now Im supposed to pay for a truck for the next 5 years that only worked for 60 days after I bought it? I find this such an injustice and what burns me is that I 've had to constantly call them about the tags and the dealer 's last response to me was 'well at least you cant get in trouble cuz you cant drive the truck til its repaired anyway ' ... .really?! That just shows their complete lack of empathy for their customer! I 've been dealing with a jerk at their dealership named XXXX XXXX and another guy ( speaks with an XXXX accent -- he wouldnt tell me his name ). Their DMV rep told me back in XXXX that she 'd get the tags and correction of my address on registration taken care of in about 15 days ... .its been over a month without a reply from them. My issue is not with the lender, but with the dealership.

I financed the XXXX XXXX at the end of XX/XX/XXXX, it is now the end of XX/XX/XXXX. I have received 4 notices ( I have had the truck for 6 months ) from MAS Financial Services claiming that MAS Financial Services is not listed as the Loss Payee on my insurance, which has been current since the day after I purchased the vehicle. The notice also states that if I do not fax a current declaration page within 7 Days they will add coverage and charge my account, Increasing my monthly balance. After each one of these notices I have contacted my insurance agency XXXX XXXX XXXX and they have confirmed that MAS Financial is listed as a Loss Payee. XXXX XXXX XXXX even let me know that MAS Financial returned an acknowledgment in return stating that they received the Declaration Page. I should not be harassed by MAS Financial on almost a monthly basis into sending them a current Insurance Declaration Page ( that hasn't changed and is still current ). MAS Financial is betting on the possibility that I ( XXXX Year old young man ) may not deal with their threat, in order to get more money out of me. In addition the notice I received Monday XXXX had a falsified date on it of XXXX, the same date as the notice I received the month prior. I am only attaching 3 of the 4 notices I received as I have misplaced the original notice i received just after purchasing and insuring the truck.

1. I was in request of my monthly statement for the stated amount due of {$910.00}, made it known that I was going to make a payment today to bring my account to date. I did have reservation in making any other payments until I saw a detailed accounting of my late fees and additional charges, as well as understood why the balance on my account I was told that I did not get a monthly statement and they were not required to give me one. 2. I was also in request of my agreement that specifically stated that I was not entitled to an accounting for my vehicle payments, as well as where in the agreement that I signed, stated that I was required to pay a daily late fee of {$7.00} for each day that my account was late. I was informed that I was a high risk loan or simple interest loan and that the regular late fees, {$15.00} Credit Card transaction fees, {$9.00} XXXX XXXX fees, Monthly late fees as well as a XXXX % interest rate had only reduced my account principle by {$2000.00}. 3. I was informed that I would not receive anything regarding statement of payment, account balance, ( nor were they responsible to do so ) copy of agreement or any other information that would help me reconcile my account until I had paid the balance due. 4. Also, I made it very clear that no one was to harass me at work again with either phone calls or other means.

I purchase a vehicle on XXXX 2012 financing with MAS FInancial services this business needs to be review, every month since my first payment I been having issues with this company they work a theory, usually I was sending my monthly payments by check but every mont they will call me stating that my payment was n't received when my check had been mailed weeks prior to my payment I got feed up and starting to pay by money gram no matter how, they want to accuse you of making late payments to try to collect more and more money from suppose late payments I 'm going crazy they call me and harass me at work with tex and messages I really do n't know what to do any more, no matter how early I mail my payment I still get at least XXXX calls per day stating my payment is late. I 've complain several times to the company it looks like everyone is very unprofessional and disrespectful as if they do n't know what there doing, I do n't know how to report this and afraid of having a breakdown this is causing me XXXX on daily basis I really wish for a review of this company, I 'm not the only one with issues with this company, once you log on to their web page mostly unhappy customers and people frustrated over the same issue. I think company 's like MAS Financial should n't be operating and be under review.

On X/XX/17 MAS Financial contacted a friend regarding my car loan. At the time the loan was 22 days past due. This company has recorded messages that they sent 4 times a day on the second of the month when the loan is due on the first. I requested that my due day be extended to later in the month and they said it had to go to a committee and they would send paperwork. I asked a second time and never received the paperwork. When I received the loan they would not approve unless I gave them 8 references, which they used to call my friend. I have always paid a little late because I am XXXX yrs old on SS and the first does not work for my payment schedule. I have told them this and they still continue to harass me. I received an email from them and I wrote back with the time and amount I could pay and they said they ca n't take email arrangements. I wanted it in writing because they are despecible and not trustworthy. I called a supervisor they told me to call and they did n't answer their phone so I repeated the arrangements in English. I have received messages from a XXXX, who also called my friend, and it is all in XXXX. I speak english I have no idea what they are saying. They over stepped by calling a friend concerning my loan on a 22 day late loan. I think they should be investigated.,

Mas Financial Services is reporting on my credit report as a Auto Loan which is incorrect information I dont have a auto loan its a Credit Sale, do to this inaccuracy I need the auto loan removed from my credit report immediately. Also any late payments after the repossession they need to be removed immediately this vechile is now sold. After a vechile is repossessed it is sold at a auction for a fraction for what is owed to the original creditor, Mas Financial is no longer allowed to report late payments. Defaulting on payments beyond XXXX, XXXX, XXXX is inaccurate, XXXX XXXX is when the XXXX XXXX XXXX was repossessed. If this matter do not get removed after sending this complaint out I will have to take this matter further. Common issue with all auto loans, I was late on my payment, and I 'm always on time with making payments with auto loan companies. This auto finance company has been harassing me every single day! They 're constantly bugging for a payment. This is my ONLY late payment with this company. I recieved a call the 1st day of bill, and immediately the manager was really, extremely rude, and being very hostile! I 've hit a rough spot this month because my wife was on maternity leave. We do n't need this type of hostility from this company. I am very upset that they go out of their way to call 5 references over 1 late payment. I already notified them prior that I will be late this month, but will definitely make the payment. This company has had a lot of issues, rudeness, and hostility towards customers. XXXX and XXXX has them only 1 start on the website reviews. So, I 'd like to have them stop harassing me and stop this XXXX they 've been giving me and my family. I 'm not a happy customer with them at all! They 're supposed to treat their customers fairly and nicely if you 're doing business with them. I hope something can be done to put a stop to this.

In XXXX my identity was stolen and apart of many data breaches. I made a police report online as I didnt know who stole my identity. XXXX XXXX stole my identity and I put out a police report in XXXX with XXXX. I live 85 % of the time in my home country of XXXX and sent all info to MAS financial services. I asked them to verify me in the account. They sent BLACK AND WHITE PHOTO OF someone that was not me. That is NOT my signature and the reported balance is {$9900.00} These are fraudulent statements and as per the fair credit reporting act, it is my right to request an investigation into any items on my consumer credit file that I feel are inaccurate. It is my understanding that you will investigate these items for accuracy within 30 business days and send me the results. Please send COLOR PHOTO IDENTIFICATION OF ME. And I have rent receipts and tax returns stating I live in XXXX 85 % of the time. To which I was NOT in America and NOT served for court.

To whom it may concern, I made an uninformed decision on XX/XX/2015 when I entered into the consumer credit transaction with MAS Financial Service. I have been reviewing laws and my rights and I have read that according to 15 USC 1602 ( g ) ( 2 ), There was no evidence of indebtedness, there was only the agreement provided. It is my understanding that because I was unable to make an uninformed decision, the agreement is null and void. According to 15 USC 1602 ( k ), I did not receive a printed notice which clearly and conspicuously made it available to understand the meaning of the agreement. Due to all these clear violations, I am demanding that these accounts are removed, and I am requesting monetary relief for each violation. If no resolution will come from this and I receive an automated response from either company, I will have no choice but to contact my local small claims court. I co-signed on a vehicle for my sister back in XX/XX/2016. the car was a lemon and kept breaking down. we returned the car to the finance company : MAS Financial. they falsified information saying they repossessed the vehicle. I had it towed to them as a will full turn over. now they call and threaten with lawsuits and criminal penalties. the change the amount every month and report it to the credit bureau causing my credit to vastly depreciate consistently, and its been going on for over a year taking my score from a XXXX to a XXXX. they have lied to other lenders stating the repo is more recent then it actually is. they continue to harass me on my cell, they've called my employer. its such a nuisance. I feel they are intentionally attacking my credit on a monthly as a way to force me to pay them. please help

The loan company made calls to my references when I was late on making a payment. They left a voicemail. In the message ( I have them recorded ) they mention who they are, that they are looking for me and to tell me to call his auto loan company immediately. So, my references then call me to tell me about how my auto loan company is looking for you. Then a few days later, they left me an automated message. The message basically stated ( XXXX ) that you need to pay your payment and to press one to speak to a LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE. This is flat out illegal, as these are not legal representatives. It just connects you back to the auto loan company. I also have a number of these recorded.

MAS Financial claims I owe them for lapse of insurance. I have provided them with my policy from last year and this year ( renewal ) and it shows no lapse in coverage. Their machine calls me at least 4-6 times a day. When I do speak to a representative they confirmed they have received my documentation and is under review. Their machine still calls me and when I asked them about it they said it was a machine and they will take care of it. Needless to say calls are still coming is and is very annoying.

Loan payment is due on the XXXX of each month late after the XXXX. I receive robo calls and phone calls 2-3 times daily after the XXXX of the month harassing me to make payment when in fact the payment is in the mail. They want you to pay over the phone and ad a fee of {$25.00} to process it. The loan is almost 12 months into it with 36 to go. MAS financial Services inc. Agreed to delete their credit line off of my credit report. Since then they have deleted it from XXXX and XXXX, XXXX is still showing this report. ive mailed certified dispute letters to Mas Financial Services inc, and since I have received a certified letter from their lawyers, stating that they will delete this tradline from all credit report agencies.
