Excessive calls and e-mails, even when you have spoken with Marine One and they have notated the account. They threaten to repossess if you dont pay in full after youve already made an arrangement. They are not applying overpayments to the principal of the loan when weve requested numerous times to apply over payment to the principal. They are taking on fees to decline card transactions, even if we pay with the same card on the same day because our bank flags this companys processing as fraud. So we have to verify the transaction and reprocess. The harassing phone calls and people showing up at my house when my account is only XXXX or even 30 days late. As soon as you are one day they are blowing up emails and phones threatening to recall the loan. They will send your account back and forth between your account representative and recovery and they dont communicate with one another. Loan documents state as long as the payment is made within the month you are not considered past due but they will blow up your phone the first day you are out of your due date and it doesnt matter if you have spoken with them they will continue to call and email every day until you process a payment. They lie and tell you one thing and then do another within just a couple hours. Ive never dealt with such an unorganized company in my life. Not apply payments and the relentless phone calls is outrageous!

On XX/XX/XXXX an Affidavit of Truth was sent to Marine One Acceptance Corporation stating facts pursuant to the Truth in Lending Act. I, natural person and original creditor, issued my social security card and entered a consumer credit transaction with Marine One Acceptance Corporation on XX/XX/XXXX. Pursuant to 15 USC 1605 ( a ) a finance charge shall be determined as the sum of all charges, payable directly or indirectly by the person to whom the credit is extended, and imposed directly or indirectly by the creditor as an incident to the extension of credit. The finance charge does not include charges of a type payable in a comparable cash transaction ''. A finance charge of {$7900.00} was credited. An illegal cash down payment of {$4200.00} was also taken which pursuant to 15 USC ( a ) should be included in the finance charge. Due to these facts and pursuant to 15 USC 1666, Marine One Acceptance Corporation mailed affiant statement dated XX/XX/XXXX containing billing error in the amount of XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX/XXXX ( {$830.00} ). All of this was stated in the attached Affidavit of Truth. Marine One Acceptance Corporation did not respond with a rebutted Affidavit, but responded with a copy of the Security Agreement and sticky note on XXXX XXXX. Pursuant to Morris v. National Cash Register Co., 44 S.W.2d 433 uncontested allegations in affidavit must be accepted as true ''.

Loan was paid off on XX/XX/2020 I received the clear title in the mail on XX/XX/2020 Marine One debited {$200.00} from my bank account on XX/XX/2020 I called them on XX/XX/2020, it took 3 calls before anyone would answer the ringing phone. Spoke to XXXX who said it was my responsibility to cancel their scheduled payments. Was not apologetic at all, after I said I didn't like her attitude and wanted a supervisor she changed her tune ( and tone of voice ). Said she would cancel any future payments. I still wanted to speak to her supervisor - after holding for 5 minutes XXXX got on the phone and basically said the same thing. It was our fault that we didn't cancel their autopayments. I ended up disputing the transaction with the bank and now I an reporting their poor business practices here. I don't see how you can do anything but I want to warn others to STAY AWAY from Marine One Corporation.

I had a camper loan from Marine One. This account was charged off in XXXX. A hard credit inquiry was completed on my credit in XX/XX/XXXX by Marine One. I did not apply for new credit from this company .I do not understand why Marine one would check my credit.
