I received a voicemail on my cell phone stating they were a collection agency ( Nationwide XXXX or something along those lines ). She said her name was XXXX XXXX and she was calling from the XXXX and were in the process of filing XXXX serious complaints about me to my state 's clerk office. She said they will serve me at my place of employment or residence. They said they would not file the complaint or take me to court if I contacted them to take care of the situation. They called my mother 's cell phone and left a message asking for me and saying the exact same thing I stated above. I called them back and gave the case number they provided on the voicemails. They gave me the last XXXX of my social and had an old work email. They said i took out a loan in XX/XX/XXXX and did not pay it back. They had the last XXXX digits of an old, closed bank account number ( which I do n't know if it was correct as that account has been closed since XX/XX/XXXX i believe ). They said the plaintiff is XXXX. I have no idea who that is, nor did I take out a loan in XX/XX/XXXX. I told them I would like to get this resolved, but that I have no idea what this could be. So I asked them to send me paperwork so that I can accurately look into this. They told me they do n't have any such paperwork and that they can only send me a receipt once I pay or set up a payment arrangement. The amount due is only a little of {$700.00}, but I refuse to give my bank information to people I do n't know. I checked my credit report, and I do not have anything listed from XXXX or any other collection agency I do not know of.

Re XXXX I attached the debt verification letter that was sent by my request. I highlighted the name addressed on the doc. That's my maiden name, I have not used my maiden name since XXXX, the statement is for services for XXXX. The name that would of been provided would of matched my insurance card and drivers license with my correct last name. I also attached a pdf of my XXXX insurance card with ID # I've had since XXXX. The document provided has inaccuracies as well as missing insurance information that I would have had at the time of services if this debt was mine. The letter states medical information that violates the HIPPA Act. I never signed a HIPAA form to authorize you to have access to the information.

I sent a certified XXXX letter to the business on XX/XX/2022, it was accepted at the place of business on XX/XX/2022. The company then in turn sent an email on XX/XX/2022 which violates the terms of the letter I sent on XX/XX/2022. The letter clearly defines a legal notice under the FDCPA that I refuse to pay the debt because it is not valid. The account information is being reported to credit reporting agencies and the letter clearly demands the business stop and remove any and all negative and false accusations against the consumer. This is a direct result of Identity Theft. The business has of XX/XX/2022 not followed the guidelines outlined in the letter sent.

This company has reported A debt by a company name XXXX XXXX XXXX on my credit report in which I have never an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX or this debt collection company. They have the name listed under XXXX XXXX which has not been my name since 2014. I have identity theft listed on my report and before anyone open an account they are to contact me which was not done. I spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX and was advised they can not look into the fraud because this company has the debt. It is illegal to knowing report false and inaccurate information. This is not my debt and i have never opened an account with this company theyve listed on my report.

This is inaccurately reporting on my credit report. I need this to cease and desist off my reports. This company has been trying to destroy my name. Places collection account debts on my social security number without my authorization or consent. The consumer consents to whats reported on their personal credit profile. I have never done business and have no signed contracts with this company. There is no collateral estoppel and promissory estoppel thats I have ever used or signed with this company. Please stop all reporting on all credit bureaus. This is the 2nd attempt for resolution prior to legal proceedings.

On XX/XX/23 I saw that XXXX collection professionals reported a medical collection on my credit report. I promptly called to duscuss and confirm information. I did not receive any notices or mail prior and have not been provided copies of requested documents. I alose called XXXX XXXX and they advised they could do nothing although when i accessed my account in the last year the debit did not show as incurred or due on billing site. This is under {$500.00}, medical and there has been no help from either company in confirming debit. Credit dispute filed however no update other than amount confirmation received

I signed up for a " Free Trial '' online disclosing all my information including my name, address and credit card number. A couple of days later I received an email saying that they had charged me {$79.00} on my credit card, so I had cancelled my membership in hopes of not having to pay the charge because I had not seen any information saying that they would be charging me for a product I had not even used.
