I received a notice from the XXXX County Courts ( XX/XX/XXXX ) that there was a judgement issued against me from the State of Ohio Department of Taxation for the amount of {$3400.00}. This is a complaint against Mann & Carducci CO. , LPA XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX A XXXX, OH XXXX XXXX. I was unaware that this debt was owed. 2. I contacted The State of Ohio Department of Taxation to ask what the debt was from, year? type of tax? etc. They did not answer my question, however referred me to the Attorney General 's office. 3. I contacted the Attorney General 's office with the same questions and received no response. 4. I called Mann & Carducci Co. and the person who I was supposed to speak with regarding this debt ( XXXX XXXX ) was unavailable for an extended period of time. I called the number that was left on XXXX XXXX ' voicemail. Called several times, left several voice mails, and received zero response. At this time I thought it was wise to at least send in the proper paper and small payment to stop wage garnishments. According the the judgement paperwork I had two weeks to submit this paperwork. The due date would have been XXXX XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. I sent in my signed paperwork, check for {$150.00}, and two stubs on XX/XX/XXXX. I received back my signed paperwork, check for {$150.00} and two stubs with a note written on a post it note saying that they could not accept it because this information was due in XXXX. Please again be advised that the court documents state XXXX. I am now WRONGFULLY getting my wages garnished of {$370.00} per pay period. I sent in the correct paperwork within the given time and I want the garnishment to stop ASAP
