Spoke to the front desk onXX/XX/XXXX and ask about the accounts they are reporting to credit bureaus. She couldn't give me any info on these accounts and told me to call the original creditor. This collection agency is reporting false and misleading info to the credit bureaus and it affected me tremulously. They no longer have the XXXX XXXX XXXX account. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX hospital and they could tell me nothing besides calling the solicitor 's office. I called the solicitor 's office and they didn't have anything on record. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and they said I paid {$180.00} onXX/XX/XXXX that was the only info they could provide. I called XXXXXX/XX/XXXXand they email me a bogus invoice with false info. I didn't start service until XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/2015. They enter an amount at the end of the invoice for {$75.00} with a false date. this is fraud. The collection agency is reporting this info but can not validate or have any supporting documents.

I made a reservation for a car rental using a 3rd party named XXXX but it was charged through XXXX. Once the reservation for XX/XX/2021 through XX/XX/2021 was paid for I received a confirmation email was received and my discover card was charged. The day I show up at the airport to pick up car, they had an issue and made us wait almost an hour to figure it out. They were able to figure out the issue and as curtesy for making us wait so long, they upgraded us. We returned the vehicle and there were no more problems. Months later we get a letter from XXXX saying we didn't pay. We showed them our reciepts and proof of payment but that was not enough and they placed me in collections, Even though we already paid.

My name is XXXX XXXX and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. The XXXX Credit Bureau is reporting inaccurate information on MANAGED RECOVERY ; this is in violation of the FDICs Uniform Credit Retail Credit Classification and Account Management Policy. Per FCRA, reporting must be 100 % accurate or the information must be deleted. Evaluate this reporting by making a revision of the information provided. Modify and perform any corrections or withdraw this from my personal file.

I disputed this company 5 times on my XXXX, XXXX and XXXX credit report since XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX once again put it on my report. Even after they have deleted twice. Now it's back on my report again but now it says I opened the account on XX/XX/XXXX. The companies name is Managed Recovery of XXXX, S.C. I ; ve never dealt with this company nor have I any knowledge of them.

Managed Recovery Systems keeps contacting about a debt they have yet to validate. XXXX XXXX requested debt validation by mail inXX/XX/2017. Managed Recovery never replied. Now they are sending threatening letters in the mail for {$140.00}. They can not threaten to destroy my credit or sue for debt that has not been validated. I dont even know where this is coming from.
