M. Richard Epps P.C. and XXXX XXXX XXXX bought a contract from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, that the original Creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had Written Off Profit and Loss with a {$0.00} balance. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX only reported accurately to XXXX Both XXXX and XXXX report the account CLOSED/DEROGATORY with a balance but no Closed Date. Originally, the account was Open XXXX XXXX and Closed XXXX XXXX, the vehicle was repossessed around XXXX XXXX and sold at an Auction. The reason that this Debt is not mine is because the original Creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX only reported accurately to XXXX that the Account was CLOSED/DEROGATORY Written Off Profit and Loss with a {$0.00} balance. Also, the Original Creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX shutdown as of XXXX XXXX. How can XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX continue to report fraudulent account activity to XXXX and XXXX. Also, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX can not report to XXXX because the Account Open and Closed Dates will be Unlawful and Unfair and they would have to commit forgery of my Signatory as well as Generate a Contract. I 've hired XXXX Law Firm, Although they can not represent me, they were able to Challenge both the Creditor and XXXX and remove Negative Items. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was Removed from my XXXX Credit Report on XXXX of XXXX with a Balance of {$0.00}.

In the process of refinancing my home and title company receives a demand for payment from M. Richard Epps , P.C . in the amount of XXXX for a debt that was discharged in a Chap. XXXX filing on XX/XX/2011. I contacted them in reference to this notice and explain that this debt was discharged in bankruptcy and was advised that chapter XXXX only discharged my personal liability and not the lien that they referenced in the letter. I advised " XXXX '' that I didn't own the home during that time and they couldn't attach asset obtained after Chap XXXX and I would check with an attorney. I then ask him about the amount owed and he stated it was due to the interest that had accumulated over the years. I advised him I would need to speak to an attorney and wanted info on the original amount shown in his system before interest charged. He stated couldn't give me any more info because I stated I would speak to a lawyer and hung up. Call back and got the same rep who hung up as soon as I started talking.
The letter they sent to title company provided a case number for judgement lien, which I checked with the court XXXX system and its for a case where the " lien '' garnishment was released after Chapter XXXX was filed. They misrepresented information sent to XXXX XXXX!

a location company called XXXX is attempting to obtain emoployment verification by calling my employer repeatedly during the week of XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX. After speaking to XXXX XXXX at this company and leaving voicemail and email with name of person to contact to verify my employment..calls continued and one co worker was told by the caller that I was seeking employment with their company and seh was calling for a job reference. This untrue statement has put me in a bad light with my employer as I am not seeking to leave my job. I dont know if this is a legal tactic and if not what can be done.

This debt collector has successfully garnished my wages on my first job in six years, without notifying me that 1 ) I was being sued 2 ) had a court date 3 ) served me at an address that I had n't lived at for several years nor that I had the right to dispute. Lastly, I had a clear title to the vehicle that they are claiming to be collecting on.
