Good Morning, There has been an active ACH sweep that withdraws monthly mortgage payments from my bank account. However, I paid off my mortgage back on XX/XX/2020 to Lyons Mortgage Services Inc using their platform in their website. I see the payment posted in my account with a zero balance due.
I've been calling several times to ask them why I am still getting delinquent Notice and threatening notes about a supposed late payment. In their records they claim I still need to pay additional {$100.00} closing fee to close loan fully. Although there is a way to pay over the phone, Lyons M.S states insists loan closing will be valid only if I mail payment with a cashier check once a receive a letter from them with a stub for payment. It's been 3 weeks since they promised they'd send the stub but nothing has been received in the mail only delinquency notices.
My credit is been reported and I have been affected by this before the credit bureau.
Please help.
