Luna Financial located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CA XXXX, ( XXXX ) XXXX has called me on numerous occassions trying to locate my sister and nephew because they were late on their payment, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, who have a car loan with them. They were not skip tracing. They would also leave messages on my voicemail. I asked them to stop calling me month after month. They stopped. Today, XXXX XXXX, 2015, I received a call from them again. I told the gentlement not to call and that I had asked them in the past not to call me anymore. He said they were going to continue and call me again next month and hung up on me. I called back to ask for a manager and the same guy answered and said that they were going to continue and call me and hung up on me again. I would like for these phone calls to stop. I am not a message center. I would like my phone number to be removed from their records and for them not to contact me again.
