The car lot I originally purchased my vehicle from ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) is permanently closed. I purchase a vehicle and upon leaving the lot my driver side front tire fell off from the entire frame. The car was improperly inspected before selling. I ended up spending {$4000.00} a year later to replace the frame again after waiting 2 weeks to even drive the vehicle. The sales person was fired immediately. The licenses were all expired displayed inside of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was then scammed into a bank called Start Auto Finance. The bank is very unprofessional and has been charging me miscellaneous fees since Ive gotten my car 4 years ago. I was originally told to put down {$4000.00} for the car. They called me back 30 days later stating that I needed to bring {$2000.00} more dollars or return then car and they will deduct from my original {$4000.00} deposit for the days I drove around. I didnt want to let my car go so I paid the {$2000.00} not knowing that XXXX XXXX had received my application and also approved me for a lower down payment. Since then Start Auto Finance has been breaking all kinds of laws with contacting and threatening me. This company needs to be investigated. They have made calls to my references with intentions to embarrass me because I pay my car payment late. They contact my references before reaching out to me. I made a down payment of too much money and also paid a lot and still owe the exact same balance as when I signed my first loan documents. They have illegally repossessed my vehicle in the past and also charged me personal fees for retrieving my vehicle because the tow man required me to pay him for getting up on a Sunday. Please investigate them as Im an now going with a lawyer to remove this company from my past. I have been stuck in this car trying to pay it off for years they adjust my loan too many times and call from number outs spam numbers telling me to remove my personal belongs when my car isnt up for repossession.

I financed a car with Start Auto Finance. According to the document, loan amount was for {$22000.00}. I started making payments on XXXX and its now XX/XX/XXXX and yet have they updated my credit file with those payments. In addition, according to my credit file, it reflects that the balance owed is {$45.00} more than initially loaned. Ive inquired with the company on multiple occasions but never got a answer as to why. When I went to make my last payment, first week of XXXX, I asked the receptionist if I can speak with someone regarding the credit reporting in which she had a conversation by phone with someone else and eventually told me theres no one that can assist me. I asked for a supervisor or manager and was told no one was there. I asked for a number and given one only for that to be directed to the receptionist. Thats very unprofessional.

I went to the dealership and spoke with XXXX in XXXX about incorrect status that's on my credit repot that says charge off /closed she advised me to send a letter in to have the correction made to PAID because the car is paid off I sent a letter in XXXX to XXXX no response I sent a second letter XX/XX/XXXX to start auto directly which they received it on XX/XX/XXXX its now XXXX the correction has not been made and I been calling XXXX to fix this correction and now I can't get in contact with her and I never received nothing in the mail indicating that its getting worked on or nothing

The existence of a derogatory rating on my account is causing me significant concern. I am deeply worried about its potential impact on my credit. It has already resulted in the denial of a recent loan application and an increase in the interest rates on my existing credit accounts. Car was returned the same week of purchase thru a fraudulent deal they provided for me. This is showing on my credit as a repossession and effected my personal life and getting calls demanding payment. I do not owe anything. This account been close 2 yrs ago theres no way it should be place back on my credit XX/XX/2023 as I still owe. USC code 15 1662b. Please remove this from my credit report indefinitely
