XXXX XX/XX/2019 I made a transaction for {$350.00}, the transaction sits down til XX/XX/2019 until I filed a follow up asking them why its not yet delivered later that day I received an email and I replied to cancel the first one as I have already made a new transaction as always being done even if I know that this is advantageous to me because of lower rate and they immediately agreed and they deducted {$350.00} on XX/XX/2019 and another on XX/XX/2019 but it was delivered almost 2 weeks later. I asked them why charge me twice when we already agreed to cancel the first one day before and they said they will return my money thru mail and I insist to return it ASAP as I need it to pay my bills am late with my house payment cause of their greediness

Ive always send money through Lucky Money but now they suddenly changed the turn around time for receiving the funds to 5 business days! Who does that? Never again. They said the policy was changed and I was not aware and was never informed. Every month I always send money through them and now they suddenly changed the policy. Plus their customer service is USELESS! Transaction # XXXX. I have to send an email to their dept. when they already took money from my bank. Now I am screwed with my payment due in the XXXX. Thank you Lucky Money for the inconvenience youve caused me Thank you,
