This situation initially started when the XXXX XXXX insurance company notified me of an alleged debt I owed over fours years ago. I was a XXXX patron for over four years off and by some strange coincidence I was not notified of this alleged debt till I changed insurance companies. This institution would have me to believe that I did not inform them of the sale of a vehicle in XXXX, which I did adding up to a cost of {$270.00}, But by there own admission they did not inform me of this ridiculous allegation till XXXX XXXX when I changed insurance companies. This company would hold me to the strictest standards honoring their contracts, but it would seem when it comes to their own conduct they just make the rules as they go along. The reason why I am complaining about the law firm of Lou Spivack, P. C. is they in my estimation they are an enforcement arm for these underhanded tactics. They are both one and the same.

he threatened that a court date had already been set for my case for XX/XX/XXXX on first contact which was on XX/XX/XXXX. Stated i needed to know exact date as I had a new insurance provider at a certain time during this. Asked him to not contact me during work hours and he replied with oh good your working hinting at wage garnishment. He stated i dont understand the laws for fair debit collection.
