I received a letter in the mail from Lou Harris & Co in the mail dated XX/XX/XXXX with an amount of XXXX.. Lou Harris & Co did not send any signed contract or agreement stating that this was my account. Lou Harris & Co called me on XX/XX/XXXX threatening to damage my credit report, they did not allow me 30 days to validate this debt, and has called me everyday threatening me, I continue to advise the agent that I was not aware of any debt. Furthermore, Lou Harris & Co is practicing UNJUST ENRICHMENT and is violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). I will be reporting this agency to the Attorney General & to the XX/XX/XXXX
