Hello I am not quite sure I have a real complaint. I have been trying to get a definite quote from XXXX XXXX ( NMLS ID XXXX ) for refinancing my mortgage. After a lot of wiggling around, I finally got Loan Estimate with a lock on XX/XX/XXXX emailed directly to me ( no signatures, attached ) and I got an email on the same day asking me to e-sign the documents on XXXX XXXX XXXX. When clicking on XXXX XXXX XXXX the loan number ( picture XXXX ) was different than the one on Loan Estimate. So, I did not proceed. Today ( XX/XX/XXXX ), XXXX XXXX forwarded me an email from XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). XXXX claims that the loans are the same, however, he attached a screen shot ( picture clarification ) which seems to show that they are not. Note that this picture shows two different loans : 1 ( float ), 2 ( LE locked ). I think I was emailed 2 but I was asked to sign 1. I am not in mortgage business. This could be either blatant attempt at fraud or just clumsy way of accounting. I got other offers which were much more transparent. Can you clarify this ( if Trump did n't fire you yet )? Thanks
