A person named XXXX XXXX has been harassing a friend of mine, XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX and demanding that I contact him. XXXX has asked him to stop but he continues to harass. I understand that XXXX . XXXX operates a small debt collection service XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX OH XXXX. He uses a Louisiana phone number XXXX. I have researched XXXX . XXXX and his company and discovered that he has been the subject of numerous complaints for phone harassment and violations of the FDCPA nationwide. I am familiar with all applicable statues and can state unequivocally that I do not owe any debt collectible under the XXXX. XXXX XXXX ' conduct in calling third parties, using false phone numbers, harassing calls and potentially attempting to collect a claim barred under the XXXX are all FDCPA violations. I am a XXXX year old veteran. I do not want to be harassed by this individual. I want him to cease contact.

The collection agency is " Location Services LLC '' located in Ohio. On XXXX/XXXX/2015, I spoke with a representative from Location services who claimed that I needed to set up payments for a balance of XXXX that I owe to XXXX. XXXX has gone into my bank account and taken payments on a balance that I owed them from the original loan of XXXX. XXXX even sent a letter to me stating that I only owed them XXXX and if I were to bring that payment in to them that I would be eligible to re-loan with the company. When I questioned the representative from Location Services about the balance his reply was " I dont know either '' and he hung up the phone on me after I explained to him that I dont owe that much from XXXX and that they received payments directly from my checking account. To me it seems as though this collection agency is trying to collect funds.

They are trying to collect on a XXXX payday loan debt, but i will refuse to pay and i do not want them to call me anymore!!!
