I applied for a FHA purchase loan through XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, LA and XXXX XXXX was my assigned loan officer on XX/XX/XXXX. I was referred to XXXX through XXXX XXXX, that, also, worked there. Since I already live in the home, I gave XXXX all of my income documentation and we locked the interest rate on the same day. I was told I had an automated approval and everything was good. I accepted the electronic consent and waited for the disclosures. Apparently, the local office in XXXX was closed down on XX/XX/XXXX due to a massive layoff of Loanstar employees. I was reassured the loan would be processed from a corporate location. I called XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX because I still had not received a loan estimate. XXXX called the HR Manager to let them know of the issue. XXXX XXXX, regional manager, called her back to get more information on the loan on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, operations manager, and XXXX XXXX, regional manager, called XXXX XXXX back to inform her that since the loan estimate was not sent in the required 3 day period, the file was not in compliance. XXXX had calleXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX compliance division and they informed her the file would HAVE to be withdrawn since it isn't in compliance. Also, they stated I could reapply in 30 days to continue with my purchase loan. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, I have not received a notice of withdrawal or any communication from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. I HAVE NOT withdrawn my loan through the company and didn't have any intentions to do so.

the lender raised the interest few days before closing the deal of buying a house at this point I had no choice but to accept otherwise I will lose the house. few months before I was approved for 4 % from other lenders before. upon finding the right house I signed a contract with the suggested lender from my agent XXXX to make the deal as fast as we can ) with interest no more than 4.25 % and he promised to try to get it around 4 % and they gave us an approval letter after I gave him all necessary documents. and few days before closing the lender amend the contract upon his request to change the interest to 4.625 % and I had to accept in order not to loose the house. more over the lender sold the loan to another company ( XXXX ) within 1 month only ( it looks increasing the rate makes it very easy to sell the loan to other company with good profit ) I asked to get copy of the original contract but the lender did not responseI will submit attached the amendment to change the rate from 4.25 % to 4.625 % on page XXXX from the file.
