Upon searching for a lender that would approve me for a high debt to income ratio jumbo loan, I was referred to Loan Leaders of America , Inc. They advised me to complete the application to determine the loan amount for which they could qualify me. I explicitly withheld my social security number because I didnt want them to run credit and honestly disclosed that my score was in the excellent range. However, they got my social security number from other supporting documentation I gave them strictly for underwriting purposes, eg W2, and ran a credit report without my permission.

XXXX XXXX from LoanLeaders did not have my permission at the time he pulled my credit report at XX/XX/2016. He offer me a really good interest rate on XX/XX/2016 via e-mail. I accepted the offer and I fill out the mortgage application. Everything was good for a week. I have seen the loan estimate form, interest rate. I paid for the appraisal {$530.00}. The next day he called and said DTI ratio was too high. His new offer was 2 times more than the previous interest rate.
