I recently joined with a student loan debt relief company named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. this company made many promises about settling with XXXX who I got my college loans. They said they could get the loans dismissed or settle for a really low amount. So I signed with them and in return I would have to pay a retainer of XXXX dollars. I only agreed to join with this company if they could get my mom off of my loan as a cosigner first. The reason why is they wanted me to default on my student loans and pay the retainer fee. This would not only hurt my credit but my moms which I refused to do. They promised that they could get her off and payments to XXXX would not began until that happened. Little to say they lied. Payments began getting deducted from my bank account immediately and 7 months later still no cosigners off and no settlement of course. Now I am trying to get a refund and I am trying to cancel this relationship with the company. The company XXXX is making this process really hard. They have denied my refund and they keep putting through hoops to terminate this relationship. They are hard to reach and they keep giving me the run around. Their suggestion to me what to just continue the relationship since I have already paid XXXX dollars to them. Right now I have a lawyer looking into it because I feel I am being scammed. This really breaks my heart because I owe so much in student loans already this is the last thing I needed. I came to them for relief not more stress. If you could help me I would be appreciative. Also, the company that debits my accounts is n't even XXXX, they had me make payments to another company named Loan Hero. The only way loan hero will discontinue charging me and take the debt I owe off of my credit report is with a phone call from XXXX who is not cooperating. All the documents I signed with the companies were online. Everytinme I click to review the documents they have disappeared. Ive requested the contracts and XXXX says they sent them XXXX XXXX but every time I call for the past two weeks they are like they are on their way and have no way of tracking them.

A company that referred to themselves as XXXX XXXX XXXX illegally created an XXXX account in my name and illegally opened a loan through a separate company LoanHero in my name without my consent.
When I attempted to log into my XXXX account I had trouble so I contacted FSA by phone. I was informed by XXXX that an XXXX account was created in my nam e in XXXX 2017 . I never created this account. When I told XXXX I did not create an account they asked me if I was involved with a scam related to student loans. XXXX also informed me it is illegal for someone to create an XXXX account under another person 's name. I was advised to stop all contact and transactions being made with XXXX 's company.
When looking at my credit and all my loans and found I have a new loan opened with LoanHero. I was not aware a loan was made in my name through LoanHero. I contacted the Department of Education and Student Loan su pport regarding the creation of an XXXX account in my name without my knowledge and the creation of a new loan. I was informed again that this is illegal. Also I was informed many fraud companies place the name of real companies on their documents and paperwork to scam people. XXXX told me he is associated with XXXX . I contacted XXXX and was told that scamming companies use their name frequently and if an XXXX account was created in my name without my knowledge then it was illegal.
I canceled my the consolidation and when I went to cancel the miscellaneous loan through theses companies they refused. They also stated " it would n't affect my credit '' which was an additional red flag. I contacted the Department of Education again today and they stated they have had other student run into scams with Loan Hero and again confirmed all of the statements mentioned previously.

I was contacted by XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX attempting to collect on a debt of {$2400.00}. The debt is originally from Loanhero for {$1300.00}. Not only is this a drastic increase on the debt, but in XXXX of XXXX they sent me another form of my account balance with a different account balance ( without me paying anything ) of {$2100.00} claimed to be owed. I pulled my credit in XXXX of XXXX and saw that the debt increased yet again to a balance of {$2400.00}. And I pulled it again today to see that this balance is now at {$2700.00}. This is double what the original creditor amount was. I was living in California at the time and the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practice Act and the Federal FDCPA that Collectors may not use False or Misleading statements. I have submitted proof of the changes in the account balance without any payment being paid as a direct violation of this Law. This has caused drastic harm on my credit and prevented me from getting apartments and was even turned down for a job because of it. I am not running from my debt, I believe that they are clearly violating the law by changing the account balance to cause harm to my credit score and increase it for their own financial gain. I have attempted numerous times to dispute this item with the Credit Bureaus to get the proper amount corrected but they are not sending my results back within the designated time frame or state that I need proof that it is me disputing ( despite the fact I have sent in the proof they requested ). I would like this issue to be resolved as they have clearly violated State and Federal laws.

Loan Hero contacted me claiming/stating they was part of the federal government. They said that I can re finance my loans with the government. They stated that the service was free. They told me that I would have to make a separate payment and that payment will be the interest and that I will make a regular monthly payment for my loans. But the separate payment was n't for the interest it was for the fee they charge me to set up my repayments. After I made 1st payments and started receiving letters for the fed loans ( government ) they said that the service is free and that loan hero never should have charged me. Loan hero is using a collection agency to collect {$1300.00} from me. I attempted to not pay and tell them the service was suppose to be free and that loan hero lied to me / mis lead me but they threaten to ruin my credit if I did n't pay. They said they have all personal information including my ss #.
Loan Hero mis lead me into thinking that the {$1300.00} was not a fee and it was part of my loan interest. But in reality the {$1300.00} was a charge for them to obtain my personal information and forwarded it over to fed loans ( Government ). Loan Hero charged me for a service that suppose to be FREE.
I did attempted to resolve this with Loan hero and XXXX XXXX XXXX. But companies threaten to ruin my credit, sue, etc if I did n't pay.

I noticed charges for {$58.00} was deducted from my checking account I called XXXX XXXX and told them thre was a misake and ask how they got my information. They told me I received the services of document preparation and they were the collegtion agency but could not tell me for what company. I put a stop payment and then 2019 they started taking payments out of my account from LoadHero, which is not filed with any SOS. the contract should give you all the information you needs.
XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX, has never been registered under the Wyoming XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, WY XXXX. I was support to get documents prepared through that company. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX UT XXXX. This is a bank specifically for XXXX XXXX XXXX and has nothing to do with XXXX XXXX, Loanhero of XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX. I am adding the promissory note and disclosures Payment I agree to make payment t " us ''. the entire document is a joke.

I received an email from this company that I could not open. I sent email to medical coordinator at a doctor office. On my first time at the doctors office I signed documents but none of them was this company, loan hero. Their contract was signed by the coordinator and not me. I never consent, agreed, or even seen any part of their contract until about one year later when XXXX XXXX provided me a copy. Their contract was signed st the doctors office on a day I was not there. This means it was signed by the office and not me. I never signed or agree with this company loan.

I opt in to receive assistance from XXXX XXXX XXXX and after filling out the necessary documentation I 've been trying to get in contact with them to cancel the process once I found out that I could 've done everything for free of charge. I 've left messages and called numerous of times but no call or response and they have an automatic system that 's set up to lie about their hours. It has n't been thirty days and I 'm not due for a payment yet all I want to do is cancel my whole consolidation process.

I have constantly Informed this company that I do not want are need this loan I did not sign are agree to anything and they do not want to remove my information from there records.
I have email this company serval times letting them know that I did not want this loan and that I did not sign anything they keep charging me and now are reporting inaccurate information to my credit bueral. I did n't give anyone permission to use my information are sign my name.

LoanHero has an account reporting negatively and the account is not me. I called them and was told they were unsure why that was reporting negatively because that company had been shut down.
