My name is XXXX I applied for a mortgage loan with this company months ago.
Loan Velocity XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX And after being preaproved, my emails were ignored, it wasnt until I mentioned cfpb that they replied, their loan officer XXXX XXXX asked me during the preaproved process for evidence of my bank funds which was confidential information from a personal injury claim settlement that I had, he even asked me for the attorney in my personal injury case letter even though I explained that was confidential information, he stated that his underwriter need it, and that was not legal practice I contacted his boss and owner XXXX and he promised over the phone to withdraw my application, weeks after he promised I sent them an email to know the status and still my application with my docs was not withdrawn I need you to investigate this people and order them to delete my confidential information, thats not proper what they did and I dont want my confidential info to be shared or sold please make sure these people dont do this to anybody else.it seems that they were just using my info to meet their quota of loan processing just based on false promises and confidential info requests that were not needed or allowed.
