On Friday XX/XX/2023 I contacted Service Loan located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TN XXXX and spoke with XXXX XXXX to let them know that I was highly upset because they had contacted my job 5 times and left a voicemail after I had previously told them that I wasnt allowed personal calls. I also mentioned how upset I was because not only did they call my job they had also called my cell phone 3 times and also left a voicemail after reaching out to my sister to let her know I needed to get in contact with them bc my loan was past due all within an hour. He stated my loan was past due and that there wasnt a grace period. I told him to cease and desist all collections because what they did was very unprofessional and against privacy laws. He threatened me that I would be hearing from his attorney and hung up on me, before he hung up I was going to make my payment so I called back made my payment and asked for a supervisor phone number named XXXX. After the payment I wanted to get my payoff balance and he hung up again before I could ask for my balance and conformation code. He was very rude and unprofessional and shouldnt be threatening a customer especially when I was only 6 days late. I have been a great customer but this was unacceptable. He does not need to talk or threaten anyone.

It is a crime to threaten lawsuit with no intention of doing so, therefore you can take heed that I am very serious about filing suit against your company. I have sent XXXX previous letters to you, requesting that you remove inaccurate information from my file and you have failed to do so.
Accordingly, I can show a judge that these accounts are inaccurate and that you violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by ignoring my requests to investigate the items. My previous letters stated my reasons for an investigation and these reasons were not frivolous in any way.
If this final request does not prompt you to conduct a proper investigation of these accounts in question, and send proof to me of said investigation, I will file a civil suit in my county for damages and you can travel to defend yourself.
I take my credit very serious and your lack of professionalism and assistance disappoints me. I am well aware of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and I intend to pursue them to the maximum.

The loan was taken out XXXXXX/XX/XXXX, and the payment was {$100.00} a month. I paid on time until XX/XX/XXXX when I was admitted into the hospital for XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I contacted them and told them I would be unable to make a payment until late XXXX which the manager agreed to because of circumstances. But they not only called and texted every day at least 3 times a day, they started calling from their own private cell phones even after XXXX ; XXXX. I would tell them I was in the hospital and they would say ok but then call me again in a few hours. When I got home I started making payments but then they said the payments went up even though I was paid up. Its getting out of hand, Ill make a payment and constant texts and calls stating I didnt or I owe more money. I feel violated that every employee has my personal cell on THEIR personal cell phones. That isnt right.

On XX/XX/2023 I contacted Service Loan located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX tn to make my payment and let them know it wasnt very professional of them to contact me 5 times at my job with one voicemail. 3 times on personal cell with one voicemail and also letting my references know that I was past due on my account within an hour. I told them I was only 6 days past due and that I wanted to cease and desist all collections because it was unacceptable. XXXX threatened me with an attorney. I asked for his supervisors number so he gave it to me. I contacted XXXX and she has yet to return my calls. I have left a voicemail. I told her that I needed to speak to her about this matter and if needed I would hire an attorney because I was threatened when my account is current and up to date.

XXXX from Service Loan located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TN XXXX contacted my XXXX XXXX to let her know that I needed to get in contact with service loan because my loan was past due. I know theres privacy laws when it comes to these personal loans but they did not have the right to go tell my reference what they were calling me for. I have been an outstanding customer for the past year but this was unacceptable. XXXX have been very unprofessional and I am very upset. Id understand if I was XXXX or even 90 days late but I was only 6 days late. I work XXXX hours a week. Give me time to call back before reaching out to everyone on my list. She called my sister after calling my Job 5 times and cell phone 3 times and leaving XXXX voicemails within an hr.

I received 5 calls to my job and a voicemail all within 20 min time frame ( they know I cant have personal calls at my job and had asked them not to contact me there before ) from Service Loan located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TN XXXX to let me know my account was 6 DAYS past due after they had called my cellphone 3 times and left me a voicemail to also return their call because my account was past due 6 days. I understand if my account wouldve been 30 to 60 days past due but I was literally only six days past due and they contacted me multiple times within one hour.
