I understand there was a remaining balance after the vehicle was repossessed and sold of approximately {$2900.00}. What is very concerning is the amount of interest recently added and reported to XXXX XXXX Iowa XXXX XXXX XXXX. The company alleges that interest accrued to a total of {$2700.00}, which is nearly equal to the original remaining balance. This company has also consistently made, removed, and adjusted notes on my credit report which has caused my credit to fluctuate greatly. In addition, the credit report has consistently showed that the account was a chargeoff/collection account, which made me further question the legality of adding such exorbitant interest to the account. {$2100.00} has already been seized via wage garnishment, so I am concerned that this company has done this seemingly unscrupulous XXXX and legal processes against other unsuspecting consumers with no means to investigate the legality of these actions.

In XX/XX/XXXX I cosigned a loan with Lloyd 's Plan in XXXX XXXX Iowa. The Loan was extended in XX/XX/XXXX and my mother defaulted on the payments. At that point I recvied no contact either by phone or mail from them. They garnished wages from my mother and I was never notified of any issues with payments. They said they mailed information but I never recvied it. Nor, did I recieve a call.
On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with XXXX at the office. She even stated that it was completly mishandeled and wanted to do something to help me. I called and spoke with an office manager named XXXX who was not helpful at all and basically said oh well and it was my responsibility, not thiers to keep up on it.
