On XX/XX/XXXX, I leased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX motorcycle from XXXX XXXX Before finalizing the lease, an agent from XXXX XXXX ( acting on behalf of FCG ) expressly represented that FCG would report payments made towards the lease to the three major credit bureaus on a monthly cadence. In consideration of the agent 's express representations, I signed and executed the lease agreement. As of this writing, Fuel Capital Group has not reported the payment history on my lease to XXXX, XXXX, or XXXX XXXX. I have reached out on at least four separate occasions to inquire about credit reporting on my lease, and each time an FCG representative told me that credit reporting was " coming soon. '' It has been two months since my last inquiry, and credit reporting is still not happening. A cursory review of complaints against FCG reveals that they have been promising credit reporting on other lease agreements for years and still have not delivered.
It's clear that FCG has engaged and continues to engage in a pattern of unscrupulous business practices that exploit individuals seeking to establish or rebuild their credit history. Their actions constitute fraud in the inducement and violate statutory and regulatory consumer protection laws.

Hi, my name is XXXX XXXX. I have been violated by XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. They do not have a contract with me in order to work in commerce with me. I do not consent. They have stolen my personal property. The consumer credit transaction was not instated with them as witnesses and they are thieves who have stolen my property from me. see document further.
STRIKE ACCEPTANCE is in dishonor as they failed to rebuttal an affidavit with an affidavit. Therefore, my affidavit stood as truth and they are not to collect on this any longer. The account is closed and a 1099-C form was not given to me!

The Strike Acceptance bank to which I make my monthly payments for my car since XX/XX/2019, has not reported such payments to the XXXX, XXXX and XXXX Credit Bureaus. For this reason I am unable to buy a new car, because dealers need to see this information in the aforementioned bureaus. I would appreciate it if you could help me correct this problem that affects me a lot.
