Since XX/XX/2020 I have reached out to this collection agency Valley Credit Services also known as VCS requesting for verification. Valley Credit Services responded saying it has been verified. I then asked them for a contract with my signature showing we have a contract to do business, they responded without a contract stating they will not respond again and by law they are not required to respond to my request of such. Secondly, Valley Credit Services VCS, report to the three credit bureaus different amounts to keep reporting one month they report {$610.00} the next month they're reporting {$610.00} and back and forth switching the dollar amount they are requesting. They are a debt buyer trying to collect money that's not owed to them and tarnishing my credit at the sametime.

I have a ambulance fee of {$430.00} from XXXX XXXX 2013, I had Insurance when i used this service. I just noticed it was on my credit so I gave them a call and told them i had insurance when i used this transportation service and that they did not run my insurance card, she informed me that It was way to late for insurance information to be given and that I had to pay this fee to collections. It js there fault for not running my insurance card and now i am stuck with an unpaid balance of {$430.00} on my credit. I never knew i owed them any money for this service until I started getting collections notices from this company

I have on several occasion disputed this collection debt with Valley Credit Service Inc. I have asked for documents with my signature via a debt validation twice and they have only supplied me with a bill that was {$480.00} and now they want {$690.00}. They have reported this to the credit bureaus and failed each time to submit docs with a valid signature of mine showing that this debt was mine. We are military and they cover my XXXX so I know this was bogus.

I PAID A DEBT I WAS UNAWARE OF TO XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FOR XXXX AND THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH A RECEIPT TO FORWARD TO MY SUPERIORS AND REPORTED THIS ON MY CREDIT BEFORE I HAD KOWLEDGE OF IT. THEY SENT RECEIPT TO WRONG EMAIL AND SAID THEY HAVE NO WAY OF GENERATING A NEW ONE. I SPOKE TO SEVERAL PEOPLE AT THIS COMPANY AND THIS IS AFFECTING MY SECURITY CLEARANCE
