I just bought a house in XX/XX/XXXX. My credit score was ran in XX/XX/XXXX my score was XXXX. When I went to get a car loan i was told someone recently reported a collection for {$400.00}. This was already on my credit score from XX/XX/XXXX this dropped my score down to XXXX. I was never made aware of this being recollected. I was never contacted to make a payment or asked to settle. I have made numerous attempts to call them and get the issue corrected or pay the balance but my calls go unanswered and unreturned. I have even attemtped to email and nothing has been done. Link Revenue Service has yet to call me back for settlement. Please take this off my credit report along with the bill fro medical placed for collections since they were bought out by Link revenue I ca n't pay them either. This is cauing serious issues for me financially.

I have repeatedly had XXXX XXXX XXXX call this company to tell them they are balance billing and the debt is not owed but they just get a new credit collection agency to take the collection claim. I am under constant harrassment for a debt that I do not owe. They also use a service called Link Revenue Resources which tell me that they can not stop billing until the " facililty '' tells them to. The only number for XXXX XXXX billing is the phone number to Link Revenu Resources and the corporate office does not help me either. I am attaching the multiple contacts I have had with them in 2021 alone.

I was never contacted for an debt to the total amount of {$550.00} that I allegedly incurred for service provided on XX/XX/2017.
I have contacted the medical provider who claims to have submitted the debt to a collection agency but I have not received proof of claim, notification of debt collection, or notification of right to dispute.

First, this debt has been paid directly to the original creditor so this debt is invalid. Second, this company called me and my spouse using the number of an auto parts store in Minnesota. When answering, the lady was very rude, obscene and threatening.
