During my stay at two communities, one in XXXX XXXX and one at XXXX, XXXX, I was incorrectly charged for services. I was charged when I was " evicted '' however, mail was received there, and never given ; due to XXXX agendas. When I left XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX it was due to XXXX related injuries. While away another student, XXXX XXXX occupied that unit. Both of us are XXXX males and look similar. When I left the community I told the Dean and a student whose family owned the property why I left. The Dean ignored my request, due to XXXX and the student said her family would take care of it. After I left, I was billed, repeatedly from the same community which is also the owner, or business agent of the XXXX XXXX location. However, XXXX used the wrong name and background information to claim the same bills on the same account. I was then " evicted '' however, each time I returned for XXXX gifts to myself I was denied access to the unit. Additionally, I attempted to begin multiple businesses at my XXXX residence through the community and a car dealer. In both instances I was denied for an unexplained reason. I assume it was due to XXXX and race, but when I submitted the complaint to the XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, led my XXXX XXXX, and other institutional agencioes, my investigation requests were denied. Per 1L contract law, the contract drafter is responsible for faults in contracts. Just like debt collection. Therefore, I can't be held responsible for an incorrect name, an incorrect credit grant, and lies or cover-ups to get payment for services inadequately rendered. In XXXX I said I needed a quiet community for work, there was loud construction daily. Nuisance related to XXXX. In XXXX, I wasn't even there, due to XXXX, therefore, XXXX, who data breached my information, per an XXXX credit check, can not, must not and shall not continue to charge me for inadequate information. However, each time I need a car or access to new credit these histories show up and damage my credit further on each pull. The only proper action in all these instances of leaks, lies, and deception on the parts of the agencies, actors, and quasi-governmental institutions is to remove any and all instances or admit fault in investigation. Regardless, I tried at least 5 times with each one for resolution to their imposed lies and deceit. Most recently, with XXXX yesterday morning, and I don't go back to XXXX because each time they tend to call the police. Remove these and all faults tied to it. Its the only plausible and equitable solution, short a suit under the FCRA, ADA, and Bill of Rights.

Sincerely, XXXX Dispute Resolution Department The owners of the property, XXXX XXXX XXXX, through their agent, XXXX XXXX improperly ran my credit twice before I became a resident. Their inquiry is listed as a " hard inquiry '' even though, I was approved the moment I went in. To this day, they refuse to acknowledge their perverted acts perpetuated by their agents and their leasing staff. Once I attempted to gather information to begin a private business, in their facility, they salivated to help, however they only did so when their was no one else around. I shared my business idea with countless people in their front office and told them of my situation, however, instead of attempting to assist when their payment system was down they cahrged countless fees and attempted to evict me BEFORE checking to see why I was unable to unpay. Their actions, in conjunction with the Texas Workforce Commission and XXXX XXXX at the insurance company tasked with assisting me following my XXXX XXXX XXXX are the reason I was unable to pay. Their negligence lead to XXXX XXXX being fraudulently taken by XXXX XXXX and their agents. Their negligence is responsible for my " eviction '' and instead of helping, they threatened to evict me over 2 noise complaints.

XXXX has attempted to infiltrate my life since I began leasing for them in XX/XX/2018 through XXXX XXXX. From XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX, I did not live in that Unit, none of my close friends or associates did, however, during my stay in XXXX XXXX XXXX where I was held illegally through the entire process, I was not able to access my house, my money, my phone, or any other possessions. The individuals responsible include DPD Office XXXX XXXX XXXX and any and all other persons at the hospital and in the " executive '' or " quasi-executive '' branch that picked me up for no real reason.
