Today my husband XXXX XXXX, received a disturbing call from XXXX with XXXX XXXX. XXXX NY XXXX XXXX, Ext XXXX XXXXHe advised him he was calling re a debt incurred over XXXX years ago with Lightning Fast Finance .
My husband XXXX XXXX, and i filed Ch XXXX and were discharged from bankruptcy XXXX. He advised the collector we filed bankruptcy and he then began using harassing language, advising he would continue calling until the debt was paid. I have also received several calls on my cell phone from this office, but voicemails were left as I neglected to return the calls since they addressed my husband.
In addition, I can provide a copy of my filed list with the bankruptcy courts as we listed all parties that reports on our credit at the time of filing XXXX.
Please respond with any requests for documents or call history records as necessary.
