I trusted a servicing company XXXX XXXX to handle my debts and was over charged and taken advantage of by hundreds of dollars and now I'm been sued by a attny collection company in XXXX XXXX NY for a credit card that was only XXXX limit. Complaint Telemarketer / Representative should have stated you must become delinquent and default on accounts for settlement process to take place.
