In early XXXX I decided to look for a loan. I placed my information on " XXXX XXXX ''. They sent my information out to numerous lenders which i knew they would. However, XXXX XXXX should be aware of the kind of lenders they are sending them out to because it could cheapen their brand. My information was sent to " XXXX XXXX ''. They immediately gave me a call within 2 minuets after entering my information. I spoke with a loan officer named " XXXX ''. She asked many questions. It must have taken at least an hour. Once we got to the end she asked for my social so she could look at my credit score. She did a soft pull and saw that the only item going against me were hard pulls. My credit score is over XXXX. I proceeded to tell her that I had fraud on my credit was in the process of getting those removed. She tole me that in order to continue those had to be removed. Therefore, I needed to use a credit repair company called " XXXX XXXX ''. I told her I already had a company working on my credit but she insisted that I use XXXX XXXX instead. Then once those were removed then I would be approved for the loan. I figured that this would be my best option in order to get this loan. She patched me through to a young lady working at XXXX XXXX. I talked to her for almost an hour and gave her my information. I also told her that the hard inquiries would be removed. I have no bankruptcies, No late payments, 3 credit cards paid in full. no derogatory marks. Their was nothing this firm could for my credit that I already have taken care of. XXXX XXXX proceeded to tell me that it would be a fee that I can't remember at this time but it was so muchmoney that I knew I could not afford it while I am trying to open my own business. I told her I would think about it and let her know., In the meantime XXXX XXXX , XXXX and XXXX did their own investigation and found out it was fraud and removed the enquiries from my report. XXXX XXXX is working on it. I was excited to call XXXX back to let her know that the inquiries were gone and didn't need XXXX XXXX. I called her repeatedly for at least a month. Every time I called they told me she was talking to a client and would call me back. No one else at XXXX XXXX would help me because XXXX 's name was on my file. So I had no other choice but to wait for her to call me back. In the meantime I am missing out on opportunities that could had been beneficiated to my my business. So I decided to look for other funding. I went back on XXXX XXXX and sure enough they send my information to XXXX XXXX XXXX because i got a call within a minute of applying on XXXX XXXX. The person calling this time was XXXX. I was a bit shocked and I told her that I have been trying to get in touch with her because i got the inquiries taken away. There is proof of this because the CFPB helped me with this case.I could tell she was shocked that it was me. She asked me if I used XXXX XXXX and told her that I didn't need to spend money on a credit repair when I already has someone working on it. That is when the conversation got off track. She was clearly was upset I didn't use the firm she suggested. So I asked if I could qualify for the loan like she said I would after I got the inquiries taken off and she told me I am denied. I was upset and told her that because she never called me back I already started to look for funding elsewhere and that I didn't call her she called me and XXXX XXXX sent you my information. Then she asked me if i knew the quote " all roads lead to XXXX ''? I said yes I have heard of it then she says " well we are XXXX '' and then she HUNG UP ON ME!! I was so upset. I wrote a letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX expressing how I felt and no one has ever decided reach out to me. Instead they kept calling me. Calling multiple times a day after I told them not to. It was never to discuss what XXXX did, they kept trying to talk to me about a loan when I clearly told them I WOULD NEVER get a loan from them because of what she did. I was difficult to get those items removed and then to wait another month for the loan officer to contact back and then to be told because I didn't use a certain service was very disappointing Now i have lost out on many opportunities. I don't know they get commission from sending clients to XXXX XXXX or not but it seems like that is the case. Why should they be so upset and concerned about how i got my credit fixed just as long as i got fixed.
