The attached True and Lawful Affidavit explains the circumstances of how Ive been victimized from fraudulent and deceptive trade practices and swindled out if thousands of dollars on an alleged account of which I was not loaned money nor goods nor services nor ANYTHING OF VALUE by this pretend lender. This account was paid in full by the US Treasury per the law. Im prepared for litigation should they deny the Truth. I advise that all supervisors immediately submit this claim to the CEO, COO and its attorneys on retainer along with the Accounting department so that they may immediately confirm the validity and accuracy of my Claim in this BILLING ERROR DISPUTE. This creditor can NOT validate any debt alleged to be mine. I have incurred significant damages from their deceptive practices and debt claims. I want a quick resolution. This claim will also be served via mail. This pretend lender solicited me as a consumer and approved my truth promising to forgive a loan but did not. They are equally responsible for any alleged loan if not fully responsible as they were to do Due Diligence knowing what was needed and approvals. Their employee XXXX XXXX advised and instructed to submit the application. I have recordings of her instructions. I followed them as the leaders and the knowledgeable experts who would not mislead, nor deceive. Furthermore there is no money to loan nor any debt. They have already been paid by US Treasury from Federal Reserve practices of GAAP. THEY ARE ALL COMMITTING what appears to be FRAUD. I have also repeatedly asked to stop XXXX and send printed statements and allow for mail in payments for transparency and accountability. They have violated my every right by not accommodating my needs. The loan could never be in default because its already paid in full however they wont accept any payments regardless unless drafted from a checking account. Law requires any negotiable instrument. Finally theyre accounting is sub par. I have repeatedly received several notices of default when the account was already in current status paid as agreed. The rep, XXXX XXXX, pleasant and helpful, on a recorded line said that it was a system error and my account was in good standing. Yet the error lasted for months with me receiving false default notices. I complained by email and certified letter to no avail with no responses whatsoever. Shut this business down unless they can truthfully signed the attached affidavit of the money-loan debt validation. Not a request to verify my name and SSN on an account and the debt amount. This is a true challenge to validate a money loan was made to me from Liberty SBF. They have been asked numerous times to do so but have NOT. and CAN NOT. I BELIEVE THIS IS FRAUD FROM DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES HIDING BEHIND TRADE SECRETS. THERE IS NO MONEY EXCHANGE HERE BECAUSE THERE IS NO MONEY.
