XXXX XXXX - Business XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Is a company that claims they " validate your debt '' with the creditor and they settle the debt you pay them to do so. I paid them {$12000.00} to help me settle the medical debt I was being sued for ; credit card debt ; and a couple of loans.
I want a refund of 3 payments of {$2500.00}. and 1 payment of {$2400.00} ( total {$12000.00} ) as stated from the money you collected from me. I am in the mortgage industry and had a colleague review my credit for home and disputed accounts have not been resolved but are hindering the opportunity in purchasing a home ( from 2017 ). These accounts have just been charged off and you are making money for doing nothing on my behalf. I expect my money to be refunded in FULL immediately.
It has been over 3 years since I paid the last installment to them and nothing has been resolved.
