I been financing my car through liberal finance service In XXXX NJ I lost my job on XX/XX/2020 and I havent been working since then I was even delayed to start my new job cause the courts was closed since the pandemic been happening I informed liberal the situation with me not working and Not being able to make a XXXX or XXXX payment for my car note the lady XXXX even said They will have to keep calling every FRIDAY to follow up which was okay till I noticed she kept calling my phone everyday and even XXXX to ask for the payment and leaving me voicemails telling me I have to make at least one payment I keep informing her I have not started my job and I even put in for unemployment I even been sending pictures to the email she provided and she claimed they have not been receiving it and she even gave me a phone number aswell to send the picture to and I even sent two pictures with the times shown that the unemployment have been still pending I been waiting two months for the unemployment havent got a word yet she called me XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX And the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX she claims whether I like it or not she will keep calling until I make a payment I have a choice to make a payment at this point or provide a place for my XXXX children and I will provide a place for them I even offered to make some type of payment she told me I will have to make a full payment I even been doing my car insurance through them and she just now telling me I have no more car insurance with them either and I was paying since last year on time payments with car insurance and she telling me I have to get my own insurance now since they dont provide that no more They also sent a email to me after attempting to call me Friday and not answering and I sent a pic back to that email they sent to me and she said they have not received that one at all It feels like harass me if I cant make a payment and Im offering to pay at least something they just reported me to the credit bureau and I been literally making my payments on time since the pandemic I dont know what else I can provide to show proof

Today I received a letter in the mail from a company I never heard of and was not on my credit file threatening to sue me. I have no idea what this company is, the services they provide, how much they claim I owe and if anything what services I was provided. I need to be provided with an original contract with my signature, social and copy of identification. What dates I was supposed to have acquired their services and on what grounds am I to be sued. As per section 609 and 611 of the Fair Credit reporting act I am within my rights to request from them 100 % proof not copies of any bill as to what this account is for and it's mine.

I went to a dealership asking to buy a car, and he put me with this company : Liberal finance. 1st he asked me if I can put down XXXX $ for the car which is a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX miles. Since I get the car I spend XXXX $ as tickets, XXXX $ as impound XXXX $ paid to the finance company. In this situation I requested a refund, sell the car or give back the car and they said no! I still owed XXXX . The 1st day I drove the car from the dealership I spend XXXX . If I do the math from XX/XX/2018 to now I already spend XXXX $ and I dont have no title of the car and still owed XXXX $ Reported in credit report.
