I was exploring about purchasing a house and I called a person I knew at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to inquire what I needed to get the process started and I was assured they would pull a soft inquiry and now it seems they pulled a hard inquiry using XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) who on their website pride themselves are bring mortgage companies more closing. I have sent dispute letters on several occasions to XXXX with no success.
