I called XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) back in XXXX 2016 because I needed some money get my car fixed. I received the money and was paying the loan off but another problem can up and I did it again.
Every time I would get the loan paid off something else would go wrong. The problem is the interest rate seem to go up. After months of this I called to see why the interet was going up. I was told that is the the new rate.
I was listening the radio and hear about this company Lexington Consumer Advocacy that could help me with this problem. They would contact them and get them to stop the over charges.
They told me that they where the company to get them off my back. The person I spoke to was XXXX at ( XXXX ext XXXX ext XXXX ). he sent me the paper work at I needed to sign to get things started ( all paper work included ). I was told that they some legal people on staff to help if I needed help. I would also receive information sent to me to keep me informed on how things where going. after four ( 4 ) months had gone by and I still had not got any paper work. I paid them {$140.00} on the first payment and for the next ( 6 ) moths the payments would be {$120.00}.
I have also filed a complaint with a company called consumer action two weeks ago have not heard from them either. ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX XXXX I still have not gotten any response from them. They call if they do n't get there payment on time. I am sending all the information on both companies. There are several pages.

I have applied and applied and applied everywhere for some type of loan or cash advance because I am seriously struggling due to Corona virus and because I have a lack of history I keep getting denied everywhere I go. Even for the simplest of credits.
