Sold my home XXXX XXXX, XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Lexicon Title Services LLC ) has not returned {$450.00} to me from this sale. I want it to be immediately wired to my account at XXXX XXXX, with interest. I paid EVERY WATER BILL MYSELF. I only discovered this in preparing my taxes yesterday. I called XXXX yesterday ( XX/XX/XXXX ) to learn there was a remaining bill ( {$77.00} ) and I paid it. Also, I was charged for a bill ( {$100.00} ) that I had paid on XX/XX/XXXX from my checking account and {$350.00} for Water Escrow to Lexicon Title Services LLC. That woman hasn't even contacted XXXX in OVER SIX MONTHS to see if I own anything. I DO NOT.
