I received a payoff balance earlier in the month that is good through the XXXX.
I paid a large portion of the loan ( initial loan in full ) and planned to pay the balance tomorrow when I am paid.
The loan isn't even due yet.
I received a call to let me know I hadn't paid it in full and it was my responsibility, etc.
I told her I was well aware of it, and that my payoff quote was good through the XXXX. I thanked her for wasting my time.
She followed up with an email, copying in their collections department.

Despite my previous query letters to your department, the most recent credit report I reviewed indicates that this record is being accounted for incorrectly and inaccurately. This file is used to keep track of various " infringement '' declarations. I don't believe the circumstances surrounding this record are accurate. I reviewed a copy of my credit report and FTL FINANCE AKA FTL Capital Partners , LLC ran an unauthorized credit inquiry on me on XXXX, 2020. I contacted the company telling them I did not authorize the inquiry. I am a victim identity theft fraud ; I never authorized such action, and this constitutes a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act 604 as well as a violation of my rights to privacy. Please deleted these unauthorized credit inquiries.
