Hi I 'm in need of help. I bought my home in XXXX after winning a lawsuit due to my daughter XXXX XXXX. I paid cash. In XXXX I got a hard money interest only loan against the house for 1/3 of what the house was worth. The loan I believe was predatory, for a few reasons, they added extra income to my income some payments were almost as much as my income monthly. They knew my home was owner occupied, however they submitted it as an investment property, to the point where I was emailed a statement written by them as me, stating this property was not owner occupied. Then I was told several times to just sign and the info would be filled out by them later. I realize this seems like I 'm stupid, or did n't care but the truth is I had only done loans twice before and these people did n't take advantage of me. I just really did n't expect a reputable business to do something sneaky or not honest. At the closing of the loan, I wasonlygiven a sheet to " study " from so I would n't say different than they had put in my application. I fell behind on payments because I had no chance to start, and my older brother XXXX XXXX and if I had n't paid for the funeral arrangements then he would have stayed at the funeral home. I notified my lender who said he would work with me, then the loan company contacted me and said they were forclosing. I contacted the lender again, and told him everything about the loan application. He then stated that he did not want to take my home, and that the company was to work with me. The loan company said they would stop the trustee sale, and told the gentleman from I will save your XXXX that they were absolutely taking my house, they just told me they were n't. That gentleman advised me to file bankruptcy. I did on XXXX the day of trustee sale. My bankruptcy ended up being dismissed because of paper not submitted, I filed motion to reinstate along with proof that I did turn paper in question in. Was stamped by clerk. Judge denied ... I was turning in all papers, working with bankruptcy trustee for about 4 weeks after I was dismissed because I had no idea. In mid to late XXXX, I was doing closing paperwork to receive a loan I got with a previous lender when I was told I no longer own my home. It was sold on XXXX Finally the new owner reached out to me, and it was the man who built and sold me my home. He said he bought it for a little more than my loan was and that I could buy it back for that plus a bit extra for the inconvenience. Now, he 's charging me XXXX $ rent and XXXX deposit. Until end of XXXX when he wants the {$130000.00} back. He goes from saying he 's willing to help, to telling me to leave until I can buy the house back. He keeps saying I owe him rent since XXXX. When he purchased the house. My wife and I thought it was odd he keeps saying XXXX so we contacted county recorder who verified that THE HOME WAS PURCHASED ON XX/XX/XXXXwhile I was under bankruptcy protection. The paperwork he gave me says he purchased it XX/XX/XXXX ... Like I said I bought this house with money I basically " won '' when my daughter XXXX because of a medicine I was given while XXXX. My baby was XXXX XXXX yrs old and had XXXX surgeries before she XXXX XXXX were XXXX XXXX. This home is all I have left from her, I made a garden in my backyard and scattered her ashes in the garden ... .she is literally XXXX here, and I ca n't leave her here for someone else to move in here. Not when I was a victim in this beginning with the loan..I contacted legal aid who told me that I must have been made aware of trustee sale, they had to put notice on my door, I had to sign for recipt of notices which none of this happened. The only reason I knew of the trustee sale was when the loan company was taunting me, telling me your house will be sold on XX/XX/XXXX I hope you figure out something by then if you want your house! I do n't know what or who can help BUT I do know that I ca n't just give up, this ca n't be it, I ca n't lose my daughter again. Please help me. Thank you XXXX XXXX XXXX

This mortgage broker sends unwanted marketing SPAM emails every day : Level 4 Funding LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX, Licensed Mortgage Broker License No. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX AZ XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
I have repeatedly requested to be removed from their spam generating system, but they refuse to remove my email address. Can you please help?
A complaint ( # XXXX ) was submitted on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, and the broker responded saying, " We have searched all of our databases and contacted all XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to double check and make sure XXXXXXXXXXXX is unsubscribed on all current lists. This email address XXXXXXXXXXXX should no longer receive any correspondence from our existing lists and current XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This didnt just start recently, as he would have you believe. He continually changes his sending email addresses, so that his junk can not be filtered or stopped.
