My automobile servicer violated the XXXX XXXX XXXX Reform and Consumer Protection Acts prohibition against unfair, abusive, or deceptive acts and practices. They Illegally seized my car, because the dealership with whom I obtained the car from refused to honor the service warranty. The car broke down not even 30 days after I obtained ownership of the vehicle. We later found out that the car was still registered in someone else 's name at the XXXX. The XXXX also has an open claim against the dealership. My loan servicer is repossessing vehicles from borrowers who made payments sufficient to stop the repossession or who entered a payment plan. I was not behind on my payments. They did not send a letter of notice which is required by the state of Texas to repossess a car. I never signed any paperwork stating that I wanted to surrender the vehicle. They are reporting this on my credit, but how is that fair. They illegally seized the car and refused to XXXX any warranty that was included in the car loan payments. An investigation needs to be opened against this lender and the car dealership. The have several cases and complaints open against them for their unethical practices and sloppy record keeping.

Hello, in XX/XX/XXXX I began working at XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NV XXXX. I was hired by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I began working there I had a XXXX XXXX XXXX ( loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and a XXXX XXXX XXXX ( loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). On XX/XX/XXXX, the dealership soul my XXXX XXXX XXXX on a consignment. On XX/XX/XXXX I traded in the XXXX for a XXXX XXXX XXXX. Both of my loans with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX were not paid by the dealership causing a charge off on both the accounts. The XXXX XXXX I currently have a loan with Lentegrity is double financed with XXXX XXXX under XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 's wife XXXX XXXX at XXXXXX/XX/XXXX. I have been making monthly installments on the XXXX to Lentegrity but they are not making any progress on getting the title from XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I originally notified Lentegrity about this title issue on XX/XX/XXXX. Today is XX/XX/XXXX, Lentegrity does not have a title and has repeatedly threatened to repo/charge off. Knowing the position I'm in leaves me no options to finance another car to get to and from work. Attached is a copy of my declaration with the law-firm Lentegrity hired.

Hello, I applied for a loan to get a vehicle. I was pre- approved through XXXX XXXX XXXX but, I needed to wait until the full process when through. In the mean time I went to the car dealership XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX in CA to let them know that I had been pre Approved through XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX chief auto told me that it was fine but I need to get approved through another bank in order for them to release the vehicle in case XXXX XXXX XXXX didn't go through. I was pre-aprroved through LENTEGRITY. LENTEGRITY call me and asked if i was going through them, i told them NO, that I was going through XXXX XXXX XXXX. A few days later the process with XXXX XXXX XXXX went through and I signed the paperwork and took the check to XXXX chief auto for the car I purchase. A week later I received a letter from LENTEGRITY that I owe them {$28000.00} with the total amount due of {$560.00} by XX/XX/2023. I told them that I was NOT going through them and that I was taking another route. I never signed paper work through LENTEGRITY and now they are saying that I owe them money. Hello, In XXXX of XXXX I applied for a credit card loan through a used car XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. I approved the company to pull my credit report XXXX time yet I had XXXX hard inquiries pulled within the same few days by the XXXX. When I complained they said that all XXXX would be reported and affect my score as if only XXXX was pulled. Now, many months later when I am looking into buying my first house, the XXXX XXXX XXXX are still affecting my score. Please advise on how to reduce these XXXX back to XXXX. My car was totaled and my insurance paid ( Lintegrity loan company ) the value of my car but I had a remaining balance of {$2600.00}, On XX/XX/2023, {$1800.00} was reported as charge off on my credit, I reached out to Lintegrity company to because the information stated was incorrect I was informed by the rep to file a complaint to get it off being as they didnt inform me I had to pay off my remaining balance within 60 days of previous insurance payment.
