I received a call from someone name XXXX XXXX representing himself as an attorney from Legal tax defense that was further working on my tax resolution in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. I was told that it was time sensitive and he needed to file the papers with the IRS it was the close of my case for my offer and compromise and he needed more money due to my tax issue I owed a lot of money and he needed to be able to represent me. He said it would take about XXXX XXXX XXXX more. I told him I was not aware that I needed to take out another loan. He said he wanted me to trust him and if I didn't have he money they could get my approved through the company they work with. So he said someone would call me to help me with the loan application and getting approved her name is XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX stated the most I'd end up paying is {$500.00} XXXXXXXX XXXX. So I did get approved for the loan I was kind of hesitant because of the wording in the loan XXXX told me not to worry about that and XXXX was working on closing my case with the IRS. So I'm ignorant to the fact not knowing this is a scam thinking I'm finally about to get the tax debt I owe down to a minimal. The next month after that I called no answer I left messages asking for the case manager that XXXX XXXX told that would be giving me updates on my case months has went by I'm making payment up until XX/XX/ something clicked this is not right no one ever called back. I was receiving calls from Lending USA about my XXXX payment I told them I'm not paying because I am not receiving services promised by XXXX XXXX to resolve my tax debt they don't call back nor do they return calls. I'm reporting this to the FTC and FBI. i have been stressed out due to this matter and all you care about is a payment for services not being provide to me that's the only reason why I took out the loan as hope to get from under this tax debt. I was told by me owing so much and the laws changed he needed more money for my case. XXXX XXXX Emailed me a newsletter about the new IRS laws nothing else from him. after that or XXXX XXXX. I was told by XXXX XXXXrom Lending USA that if I did not hear from Legal tax Lending USA would close the account and refund me my money back. No its a month or 2 later after receiving a payment in XXXX XXXXXXXX they told me they put in an escalation for XXXX XXXX to contact me that never happened they recanted on there word to close out the account told me someone from Legal Tax said they spoke to me and all was resolved I spoke to XXXX XXXX XXXX told me XXXX XXXX XXXX I hung up in he face and that I needed to talk to her if you are my lawyer in which he is not he would have been able to give me an update on my case with the IIRS these companies are soliciting helpless people to scam knowing they have no intentions on helping them resolve there tax debt but to put us in further debt. I could have paid the IRS that money I'm paying Legal Tax Defense to allegedly work on my own tax issues. They have threatened my credit. I was constantly bein harassed by phone calls 7days a week even after XXXX.In which is even more stressful. I am now trying to see if the other company XXXX XXXX is in on this as well after looking on the XXXX both companies have multiple complaints against them for the same reason stories seems familiar from reading other consumer complaint as well. This company and Lenders needs to be stopped. We are being taken advantaged of with no help just being put further in debt how do we live taking out 2 loans and no resolutions from both companies. I will be checking in with XXXX XXXX as well they may be in on it I was told a month ago in 2 weeks I should have a resolution on my taxes nothing has been done yet. If these companies know they cant resolve your tax issue they should not give the consumers false hope you are tax professionals, while talking to someone about there case you already know if you can get there debt resolved but its ; games and strings along to get you to take out more loan getting yourself in further debt making it impossible to pay off the IRS On XX/XX/ I received a letter via email stating I have not been reachable and that as well is untrue I have calls from Lending USA constantly harassing me and threatening my credit since stating they are taking pre legal action against me due to the fact they have not received a payment since XXXX XXXX.Phone records don't lie nor does my call log history. I did email them back on XX/XX/. I asked them back in XX/XX/ to close out the loan as XXXX stated she would and refund me my money.

On XX/XX/XXXX I was seeking a personal loan and I went through a web portal called XXXX which they will look at your credit and refer you to lenders based off your information. The agent who contact me from XXXX his name is XXXX XXXX and he referred me to LendingUSA to seek my loan as it close matched that I could be approved. I went to the site as directed by the email provided by XXXX and filled out the application. The following day I received an email from LendingUSA that my loan was pre-approved and they would need some verification before proceeding with the loan. I spoke with the representative, XXXX XXXX. I sent the requirements of drivers license, selfie + drivers license side by side and lastly a voided check along with an Instant Bank Verification ( they provided the link ) as requested per my conversation with her over the phone. I was approved and they sent me a link to complete and accept the loan. The terms were that the loan was at a 26.02 % interest. I thought that was great not as high as some other lenders. I was funded a funded the monies the week of XX/XX/XXXX directly into my account and payments to start paying back the loan to initiate on XX/XX/XXXX. I started my payments in XX/XX/XXXX as I should and have continued making payments each and every month for this loan. However, today as I was making my payment for XX/XX/XXXX I noticed that the balance of my loan has not gone down. It was showing one month that it had gone down some but the following month I see I owed more than before. I called them today and asked them why my principal is not going down and they are saying that the majority of my payment is going toward interest and just a small amount is going toward the principal. The representative by the name of XXXX said that I'm being charged {$7.00} a day in interest regardless if I make my payment on time. I asked her then why did they say I would only be charged a 26.02 % interest if I'm going to be charged each day interest on a loan and if the average month at 30 days I would be paying about {$210.00} in just interest alone when my payment is {$320.00} monthly. She said it was included in the loan documents. I said I don't recall that and at this rate I'll never finish paying off my loan as scheduled as it will only be paying interest and not my principal because the interest rates are high and not the 26.02 % as advertised. All my statements reflect the balance going down then back up, no consistency of payments applied to the principal. I told the XXXX the representative that what's happening is predatory lending and I would be following up with my state and federal government of it's practices. Also, they make it look like on the statement they produce it states that Grace Period expires on the XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX of the month for payment. So they statements are event deceptive in their writing of the statement to make it seem like there's a grace period to pay before you pay additional interest and fees. It is clear that any/all payments are made to their benefit only and at this rate I will never be done paying off this loan due to their deceptive practices and the set up of their correspondence/statements they submit to customers. Due to this I find them to be predatory lenders seeking only to rip off their consumers in the end. Had I known regardless I would be charged interest each and every day regardless and I would never get my principal down I would have not signed off for this loan. I feel fully taken advantage of. Everything was done online on their computer system. I was not offered the opportunity to print off the loan documents just sign off everything electronically. I made a follow up call after my first call today to request my loan documents be sent to me to review. I please ask for help. I originally had t o take out two loans from a lender called LENDING USA. One was to help cover funeral expenses and the other was medical. - BOTH OF THESE LOANS WERE PAID IN FULL But because of tragedy ; death, XXXX XXXX, theft and vandalism to my personal property important personal documents were lost. I was almost hospitalized for a XXXX XXXX. In XXXX the attorneys handling the XXXX fire asked me to review ALL costs that may have associated with the fire. And in doing this exercise with my two banks ( XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) it was discovered that there were some strange charges on my accounts. 1. They read as " PRIVATE PAYMENT '' 2. Both banks launched an investigation 3. They both came up with this information : XXXX XXXX. XXXX ( XXXX ) 4. I had NEVER heard of or done business with this bank 5. The phone number lead to a nursing home 6. Both XXXX and the Credit union exhausted their search to deem this charges as correct and declared them fraudulent 7. These two banks retracted the funds A few months ago I started getting collection letters from a company called XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, MN XXXX, ( XXXX ). And since then the harassment has begun. Realizing what had happened in all of the tragedy and despair I was dealing with, not to mention the hardships brought on by the pandemic, I reached out to LENDING USA. Initially, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Then I was placed on hold for hours at a time. When I finally spoke to someone they referred me to the head of Collections named XXXX ( XXXX ). Unfortunately, this call went wrong very fast. Already ill and hurt by what I've gone through, I tried to explain to him what had happened. He proceeded to chastise me about " why didn't I call them if I was falling behind, '' and I said BECAUSE I WASN'T BEHIND -- THESE TWO NOTES WERE PAID OFF! But he was ignoring that fact. He kept using threats of recording our conversation ... all in all we got absolutely nowhere except to reduce me to tears. This XXXX XXXX said he would ask his boss about retracting the loans from XXXX XXXX. He called me a few days later and said his boss told him not to. You at the CFPB really have no idea of the kind of abuse companies like this put people through. Why did LENDING USA submit for payment something called " private payment? '' And to top that off it was untraceable! This whole thing could have been resolved when I spoke to XXXX, but he preferred to speak to me like a second class citizen, accuse me, and incite tears.

On XX/XX/2018 I financed a Puppy from XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CO XXXX ). The total of the finance should have been {$1600.00} ( which I have the receipt ). I was informed that I was approved for the finance charge and was only told to sign the computer screen and that I would be emailed paperwork from the lender in 24-48 hours, which I never received. When my first bill came from the lender ( LendingUSA ), I noticed that it was in the amount of {$1800.00},,,, {$200.00} more than what I was financed for. I contacted the store ( Pet City ) and they stated that I needed to contact the lender ( LENDINGUSA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TX XXXX XXXX ). I contacted the lender and they stated that they charge a {$130.00} fee for opening the account. I informed them that this was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase and all they stated was that I signed the paperwork ( which I did not receive any paperwork from XXXX XXXX ). I called XXXX XXXX back and spoke with the owner ( XXXX ) and she stated that she did not know that the lender was charging a {$130.00} fee for financing with them and that she only charged the amount of the purchase ( {$1600.00} ), which later on, I also found out the company ( XXXX XXXX ) actually charged an additional {$75.00} for supplies I did not purchase. The owner stated that she would contact the financial institute and discuss the issues and contact me back. I did not hear from her for over a week, so I had to contact the owner back to see if there was any resolution. All she said was that I needed to take up the problem with the financial company and that it was not her problem. I informed her that she did not disclose this charge to me before the purchase was made and that I did not receive any disclosure of paperwork from the financial company in the 24 - 48 hours that she said. I feel that she withheld information about the {$130.00} charge, which she claimed she knew nothing about and stated that she would not work with the lender if they are charging the fee. I informed her that I could have put the charge on another credit card, if I were informed that there was going to be charged a {$130.00}. I feel that this is a fraudulent way of starting a line of credit without disclosing any information on the financial charge.

On XX/XX/XXXX I called Lending USA my personal loan and spoke with a guy who was extremely rude and was having a hard time processing my payment correctly so I asked for a supervisor who I forgot his name to help me to make my monthly payment of {$110.00} like I always do without such a hard time as this day he was able to process the payment. On XX/XX/XXXX I check my bank and I see that they refunded the {$110.00} back to my account on XX/XX/XXXX so I called Lending USA to make yet another payment and spoke with a lady who was laughing about the money being refunded back into my account and the payment of {$110.00} was charged again. I unfourtunately do not remember names until the end where Ive been getting super frustrated about something that is not my fault because they are doing something incorrectly on their end. Four days ago I believe I received a call from Lending USA his name was XXXX telling me I was late on payment I advised him this is incorrect my payment was processed again on XX/XX/XXXX and I didnt get a refund back like before he tells me I have to email my bank statement as proof so I do and he said it will take two days to process. Everyday I keep calling for an update I have even spoke to supervisor XXXX and on XXXX XXXX tells me that yes the payment is there on the statement but that it pretty much got lost in their system to call XXXX and dispute the charge and then give a call back to process yet another {$110.00} payment as I did on XX/XX/XXXX. I call XXXX spoke with the claims supervisor they tell me theres nothing they can do that the charge cant be disputed because Lending USA already took the payment so while I have XXXX on the phone I call Lending USA which I spoke with a girl because XXXX wasnt available and XXXX tells them they cant dispute the charge since they took the payment and the girl just tells me they have to escalate this yet again she said it will take a couple of days when its been almost a week and they cant find my payment anywhere in their system and its clearly in my bank statement and cant be disputed. Im afraid I will lose this money and have to pay them twice the amount that I usually pay for a month for this loan it would be like theyre stealing {$110.00} from me just because they lost it somewhere in their system.

Theres a open complaint that is still being investigated filed against XXXX XXXX with Consumer Financial Protection on XX/XX/21 or XX/XX/21, complaint # XXXX. I received another denial letter from LendingUSA that stated XXXX XXXX XXXX has denied me due to the number of inquiries, number of finance loans and my credit score is XXXX on XX/XX/21. Due to the improper denial by XXXX that is being investigated, LendingUSA is checking other bank without my consent and they are currently running my credit report with information that will show numerous of inquiries and open loans due XXXX denial. Also my credit score has dropped since the XXXX denial. My credit score that they provided to me in writing was XXXX with XXXX and currently the credit score is XXXX. I have not given XXXX or LendingUSA permission to pull my credit report again! XXXX or LendingUSA if they are affiliated should use the credit report that they pulled on XX/XX/21 or XX/XX/21 ( at the time the truth & lending agreement contract was signed or before when I first applied for credit. The finance inquiries that XXXX XXXX XXXX is denying me per Credit Bureau reporting is inquiries & open loans wasnt on my credit at the time XXXX approval and it wasnt on the day I signed the agreement. As I mentioned before in the complaint, XXXX was the very first loan that I signed. I did not go with any other Banks until days or week later. It appears that XXXX XXXX LendingUSA is trying to search for other banks now and running my credit ( which will result in denials now due my credit score has dropped & inquiries & open accounts which is almost paid off ) to cover themselves for wrong denial. LendingUSAXXXX XXXX XXXX is denying me based on recent information reporting and not with the information they obtained between XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX when my credit was pulled. My credit score dropped as soon as XXXX did a hard pull which was during that time period. LendingUSA need to stop pulling my credit report!

On XX/XX/17 I contracted with XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX FL XXXX Phone # ( XXXX ) XXXX to help with filing my back tax returns. The IRS had already begun to levy my Social Security income for an inflated amount taxes, fees, and penalties. I contracted with XXXX to 1 ) stop the levying of my SS Income. 2 ) File back taxes for six years to correct the amount I owed to the IRS. 3 ) Negotiate a repayment plan with the IRS. Total contracted price to cover their work was established at {$3900.00}. XXXX acquired financing for me through USA Lending ( also known as XXXX XXXX XXXX ). XXXX negotiated a settlement with the IRS and stopped the levying of my SS income after about 3 months. XXXX never filed any back tax returns for me or negotiated a correction in the amount I owed the IRS. I received a letter stating they were then closing my file. I felt they had over charged me for what work they actually done on my behalf. I negotiated with them. XXXX issued a {$2400.00} refund payment to my LendingUSA account. All was then good with XXXX. $ XXXX-XXXX= a {$1400.00} loan amount. Lending USA had charged me an application fee upfront of 5 % on the full {$3900.00} but refused to give me credit for the total loan reduction. LendingUSA just subtracted the {$2400.00} from the total balance owed and continued to charge me interest on that unpaid balance. I feel I was overcharged on the initial loan application fee, as well as interest on an incorrect total loan amount. When I tried to negotiate with LendingUSA, they charged off the account and sold it to another lender, XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX are both reporting unpaid accounts to the credit bureaus. They both refuse to correct my original loan amount and unpaid balance owed. Their actions are also hurting my credit rating. Please help me with these abusive lenders.

Ive had a spotless record of on-time payments. The account Lending USA ( Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX ; Balance : {$3300.00} ) must be reviewed by you. You are reporting me as late for XX/XX/XXXX. I made my payment on time for this month, see attached account statement from Lending USA for XXXX as proof of my payment. Im planning to apply for a mortgage, and its come to my attention that the missed payment on my record could hurt my ability to qualify. In the month of XX/XX/XXXX the payment made on XX/XX/XXXX I thought would be applied to my XX/XX/XXXX payment due on XX/XX/XXXX I was advise this payment was not applied to my XXXX payment after further investigation and speaking to multiple representative, also the payment made for XX/XX/XXXX I thought would be applied to XXXX XXXX since payment was also made in advance. This issue only current happening because of the makeup of making payments early. Once issue was explain and advise to me to avoid any further late payments make sure that bill are paid on time on the exact date due to avoid confusion. I truly believe that it doesnt reflect my creditworthiness and commitment to repaying my debts. It would help me immensely if you could give me a second chance and make a goodwill adjustment to remove the late payment on XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/2019 I received an email stating Refund ID : XXXX Merchant : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) Refunded Amount : {$5000.00}. I have begun refinancing my home and the underwriters are requiring a Paid in Full letter ( PIFL ) from Lending USA. I began contacting Lending USA on XX/XX/XXXX. At that time I requested a PIFL to be mailed to my PO BOX . When I called to check I was told their system can not load PO Box addresses, I have requested the letter mailed to the Post office street address on XXXX XXXX. Which It never arrived, I have requested the Paid in full letter to be emailed. I have waited substantial amounts of time for each request to arrive. I have received conflicting information from different representatives such as the letter can not be generated and I am to file a complaint with the credit bureau as this should never appeared on a credit report. ( this was never a concern, but to provide information for the refinance only ). I was told to allow 24-48 hours on XX/XX/XXXX for a supervisor to return a call. Today is XX/XX/2019, 5 weeks from my original request and I have not received a PIFL nor a call ; it has been beyond 48 hours. My refinance is held up for this Paid in Full letter and poor business practices from Lending USA. I understand that Lending USA loans are made by XXXX XXXX in NJ. This is not any way to treat any consumer. Plus I had made it very clear I am a XXXX XXXX Veteran, and reiterated the timely need for this letter. I have provided plenty of time to meet my obligations to my mortgage company, but Lending USA has not been able to take care of their end and is the sole reason for my inability to refinance, they have also created substantial emotional distress which has cost me days off from work and lost pay. since day 1 of being with this company we have had major issues. They keep charging the wrong account and routing number. I have placed multiple phone calls to them trying to them tell to stop doing that since I do NOT use that specific account. I have funds in a special account to pay for this loan payment. I can't wait for them to refund me my money in 20 days. I need that money back ASAP, I live alone and have no other income. Am I supposed to grow money on trees? On XX/XX/2016, someone fraudulently leased a puppy from a company called XXXX, which did financing through Lending USA. XXXX is no longer in business, but Lending USA still owns the debt owed for this dog lease. Lending USA has sent the balance of the unpaid loan to multiple collections agencies ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, etc ), and each time I dispute this account because I did not open it. Each time, the collections agency closes the account and sends it back to Lending USA, who sends it to a new collections agency. I have filed a police report, an FTC affidavit, and two CFPB complaints ( one against XXXX, one against XXXX XXXX XXXX ) regarding this issue. The account was opened by someone using the name XXXX XXXX, which is not my last name, and had monthly payments set up with a bank account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that I have no association with. They also used an address I am not familiar with. I have tried to dispute this account directly with Lending USA, as recently as last week, but they tell me they don't have any documents on file regarding my dispute and when I sent in all supporting documents again, they respond by telling me to deal with the collections agency. I have already contacted the most recent collections agency ( XXXX XXXX ), over a month ago, and they told me they would close the account and send it back to Lending USA. This is a never ending cycle, and Lending USA continues to send this debt out to different collections agencies instead of dealing with my fraud claim and closing this account. I do not owe this amount to Lending USA, I have years of documents supporting my claim, and I am not sure what needs to happen to clear my name from this.

I have received several calls from XXXX with XXXX. She informed me that it was for my Lending USA account. As the call started she was very rude, she then began to harass me and ask " why have n't you made any payments, I mean you have n't paid in MONTHS '' in a very demeaning tone. I then ended the call. She then called my work phone and tried to get a response from me while I was at work. I called back and informed them that they have no business calling my work. She then called a friend who was a reference on the loan but in the voicemail she stated that it was an attempt to collect a debt which they are not legally supposed to disclose. After that she then called my sisters, husbands parents in which I do n't even know so they called my sister and told her that I am being sued and this lady XXXX keeps leaving voicemails stating that it is pre-legal and attempt to collect debt. Once again breaking the law disclosing personal information to people I do n't even know. I then got a call from her XXXX XXXX who wanted to follow up on a phone call that XXXX had with me. He was just as rude and said some people get loans and never intend on paying them. Most people will do good and pay their stuff but some do n't. I informed him of the calls that XXXX had been making and informed him I was waiting on hearing back from a lawyer as I read up on my rights. I Purchased a dog at XXXX XXXX in XXXX Wy, I was told I was approved for a loan with Lending USA and that the paperwork would come in the mail to me. They asked for my physical address and I explained I can not get mail at this address. I gave them both my PO box and physical address. I was told I would qualify for 6 months same as cash. I made this purchase the end of XX/XX/XXXX. I never received anything in the mail, I called Lending USA in XX/XX/XXXX to ask what was going on and they said they would email me the information. I never received an email and I went online and made a XXXX payment of which it did not leave my bank for a week. I then called and made this XXXX payment again over the phone after that I made a XXXX payment in XX/XX/XXXX and a XXXX payment in XX/XX/XXXX never have I received any information on how much to pay or when the payment is due and I have called them several times. I asked about the payoff and it was a lot more then I thought. they said because I was late due to never getting paperwork I lost my no interest. I filed a complaint since they did not mail it to me and they stated they did to the physical address which I can not get mail. Due to COVID19 I defaulted on a loan from LendingUSA. LendingUSA sold the debt, over a year ago, to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( collections ) during the Pandemic shutdown.. On XX/XX/2021 I paid the debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I received an update on my Credit Report from XXXX and XXXX, that LendingUSA, who no longer owns the debt, reported my loan as Delinquent on XX/XX/2021. This Debt is paid and has been for over 2 months, therefore this account is not delinquent. The original creditor can't continue to report a balance due if it has sold the account to a collections agency. However, it can report a charge off, which remains on your credit report for seven years, even if you pay off the debtwith the original creditor or via a collections agency. This inaccurate reporting has dropped my credit score. At this point I feel I need to get an attorney and file suit for defamation, contact the FTC and take severe actions. Companies need to learn there are rules and severe repercussions. I demand an immediate retraction as the information reported by LendingUSA is not accurate and fraudulent as they do no own the loan and have not for a long time. While I am responsible for the default, I am not responsible for erroneous credit reporting. XXXX XXXX then told me that they could not negotiate for me, and so could not provide any service to me. Apparently, XXXX XXXX accepted payment from Lending USA for providing no services to me. In XXXX I signed up for XXXX treatments and booked some appointments. I did a payment plan with a third party to help me pay for it. A few hours later i decided to call and cancel all services due to personal reasons. The manager was telling me that I could not cancel it because of the third party and because there is no refund. I have asked her to give me the number of the third party so I can call them and explain to them the situation but she told me that she had no idea who the third party was. The manager then told me that she could cancel all appointments but that the third party was still going to bill me either way. I took a loan with LendingUSA in XXXX, starting in XX/XX/XXXX. I was to pay {$130.00} until XX/XX/XXXX, which I did on the due data of the XXXX of each month. Apparently once payment did not go through so that I was charged Account : XXXX. I received emails from the company until XX/XX/XXXX. I contacte dthem to let them know that I moved and provided my new address. My phone number has not changed though, and my email address either. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was informed by my credit monitory system that LendingUSA has flagged me for 30 days late. I was surprised since they took {$130.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, therefore was expecting that they would continue debiting my account until the different fees were paid off. Thye had not contacted me before glagging me 30 say late. I contacted them to tell them of the mistake - both continuing to take from my account as agreed, and flagging me 30 days late. I told them to stop taking from my bank account is they were going to continue flagging me late - now 60 day late. I have been working with this company for months! They lied when they reported about my payments to the credit bureaus I was never late. They told me in XX/XX/XXXX that apparently payments in XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX were returned which they should have informed me immediately when it happened. I had to take a loan from LendingUSA to pay for my husband 's cremation in XXXX of 2021. I had to request a deferment while waiting for Social Security to start for me The company was very accommodating and I appreciate that ... .however they made my payment due date on the XXXX of the month which is a problem because I don't receive benefits until the XXXX. They will not accept payment over the phone with my government issued debit card because it's not linked to a bank account. I spoke repeatedly with their reps to no avail. Incorrect and misleading information provided to your organization- I was refused and they stated XXXX was the provider of the credit information who could not establish my identity! This complaint is to report the inaccurate credit reporting by XXXX. The account FA - LENDING USA XXXX should be immediately deleted from my credit report due to incorrect information. I never had a charged off account with this company. Also, FA - LENDING USA has yet to send me any historical data about this account therefore it should not be reporting on my credit report. Also, if an account is charged off then I should have received a 1099c from the company and I did not receive anything. At this time, I am only asking for the deletion of the account. According to the law, I can take this to small claims court due to the many violations and inaccuracies. If so, I will be seeking compensation for {$1000.00} per violation. Loan was paid in full on XX/XX/XXXX resulting in a over payment of around {$650.00}. Few days after loan was paid, I called and requested a refund on the over payment. Towards end of XXXX, I called to see what the stasis of my refund was and the gentlemen stated a check was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX and due to the pandemic, the postal services were being delayed even though I've received all other mail correspondence pertaining to the loan being paid in full. I also checked with my local post office and was told that there were no delays in the mailing service and everything is on schedule. This so called " bank '' pulled a predatory lending practice and scheme on me that imposes unfair and abusive loan terms, a jaw dropping interest rate at the tune of nearly 21 %, stripping me of any money I have to live on. Loan taken out with Lending USA at XXXX of XXXX. Originally spent {$2700.00}. This was cost of puppy, and all the dog food, vitamins, crate etc that the store said I needed. If I didn't use their dog food and their vitamins then it voided the warranty on the dog if something happened to it. I tried to reach out to Lending USA. They confirmed that my account shows I only had three deferments which totaled {$960.00} because my XXXX funds where messed up during those times and I notified them of those issues in advance. I was set up on auto drafts once my XXXX income was corrected. My monthly payments was {$320.00}. I called to get my last payment date when one rep told me to call on XX/XX/2021 to pay {$320.00}. And now my final bills totals {$1700.00} for past due balances that I was never aware of cause every month only {$320.00} would be auto drafted from my bank account. I don't understand how three deferred payments ( {$960.00} ) doubled to ( {$1700.00} XXXX like that. Its not my fault that their automatic system drafted my payment on the days that it did. I strongly believe that my final payments on XX/XX/2021 should only be XXXX which makes up for the three deferred payments I had.

I made an agreement with Lending USA to pay off my account in full when I told them that i needed credit consulting due to a hardship. I called back to pay the {$1500.00} that was agreed. LendingUSA does not allow the option to cancel payments online, and they shut down on Sunday 's and holidays. I was told when I signed up for this loan that I could cancel a payment any day of the week. This is not true. This caused me to get a fee from Lending USA as well as the personal loan company.
