On Monday XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX my husband and I signed refinance papers at our home. The attorney who came to our home left without leaving any copies of any signed documents. He did not leave any way to contact him. Further, he had a strong odor of XXXX on his breath. There many things we were uncomfortable with the way things happened. On Thursday XX/XX/XXXX I emailed the lender and told him we did not have any right of rescission document and wished to have one, but regardless we advised him that we wanted to exercise our rights and not go through with the loan. Later the same day I followed up with another email to confirm to him we wanted to exercise our rights. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a phone call from an individual who said they represented the closing attorney and was advised they had neglected having us sign a document and they would send an attorney to me to get it signed. At that time I told them we had exercised our rights not to go through with the loan. By this time I had already started a loan process with a different lender. On XX/XX/XXXX I received notice that my automatic payment to Bank of America, my current lender, had been discontinued indicating that funds had been dispersed. Upon arriving home I found that a certified check for the difference between what we owed to Bank of America and what the lender who had been notified we did not want to proceed. Even this check is not what we had expected had we gone through with the loan.

In XXXX we applied for a cash-out refinance for our primary dwelling. After running our credit and taking our payment for the appraisal, the lender did not provide a Good Faith Estimate until a month after the fact. The initial intent was to do an FHA Cash-out Refinance and were told that the company could do not FHA, they then retracted that statement citing they had an investor who could. They finally provided a change in circumstance Good Faith Estimate for the new loan product after the RESPA timeline permits. We are still in the process of refinancing with us constantly having to reach out to the lender to inquire on the status. Each time they answer, it is a general reply of " we are waiting on underwriting ''. We are now on month XXXX of the refinance, we have paid for XXXX appraisals and have had our credit pulled multiple times, adversly affecting us if we were to try to go with another lender for refinancing. We still have no clue on the status of the loan.

I bought a house XX/XX/2015 and had my mortgage through LSI. Through out the process so many concerns and problems happened. My first concern was that they sent me XXXX different closing disclosures with XXXX different interest rates and closing cost. We did not close on time bc they were not ready. I had to pay the mortgage of the house I was buying for a month to keep the contract as we didnt close on time. At time of closing apparently the title company did not receive all needed information and they also left out information required in their documents to the title company. Their was personal heartache involved as my mother was literally given 3 weeks to live during this and I was in another city with her ; I flew back on the originally close date to find out when I landed that we could not close that day- they knew the day before and still had me come and I missed 3 days with my mom bc of it! So these are my complaints, let me know if you can do anything.

I was victim of a " bait and switch '' scheme by LSI mortgage. They provided a GFE offering a 3.75 % rate for thirty years, two days before the closing date the rate was hiked to 4.875 %. Upon declining those terms I was harassed by one of their loan originators, XXXX XXXX, who at one point addressed me as uneducated, and even used xenophobe terms ( XXXX ). I have all the communications to back this claims.
