a company called me and stated that they were hired by a company called XXXX XXXX to reposess a car, i told them to cease and desist calling me to harrass me about that car. i explained that i sent several certified letters to the company and XXXX XXXX has XXXX ot responded. XXXX XXXX and this company called lender services have violated the law and are contuining to harrass me.
the federal trade commission has taken my action. i filed several actions against XXXX XXXX and XXXX has never responded to any mail.
now sunrise has hired another company to harrass me called lender services who must have sold the loan.
repossession is illegal, filing late fees on my credit report is illegal and i want them to stop.
