I have complained to Lender Live NUMEROUS times about their online payment option. Every single month, I attempt to log in and the site advises me that " new password parameters have been implemented '' and requests I change my password. I choose a new password, that fits their parameters, and I always get the notice that " user name not found ''. I then click on " Forgot user name '', fill out the requested info, and am told my user name is the EXACT name I used when logging in. ( The user name and my account number are the same so it is not a matter of it being case sensitive. ) I enter that user name and my password and I get the SAME " user not found message '' AGAIN!! I go through this cycle several times, then I click " forgot user name and password '' and reset everything. Again, I am unable to log in until the system gives up and suddenly lets me in. I have sent emails, spoken with customer service reps ( who found that there was an extra space in my name in their records that they claim could have been the culprit ), and ALWAYS mention the log in issues. I have been with them for almost a year now and this is STILL happening. In XXXX 2015, I received a call from Lenderlive because I had n't paid my mortgage by the XXXX. I advised the caller that I tried to log in, as I complain about every month, and was unable to do so. I then provided the representative with XXXX months of mortgage payments so I can have some peace in XXXX and not have to worry about going through this again until XXXX. WRONG!! On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX on XXXX XXXX, I received calls from Lenderlive telling me that I had not paid my XXXX payment. I also received letters in the mail requesting payment immediately. I advised the first representative I spoke to that week that I paid XXXX 's payment in XXXX. I was advised that XXXX month 's payment was sitting in my account but had not been applied to it because there was no indication of what it was for. HOW an entire mortgage payment went unnoticed for a month is beyond me. They took it out of my bank account in XXXX but it had n't been applied to anything and they were calling me because I accrued a late fee. I was advised by that representative that the late fee and related charges would be cleared and the payment would be applied to XXXX. On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I answered another call from a Lenderlive rep that told me I had n't paid my mortgage. AGAIN, I explained that it was paid and that I was assured there would be no fees or anything associated with THEIR error. I was told that there were indeed notes in the computer in regards to this but it had n't been completed. On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I AGAIN received a call from Lenderlive with yet another rep telling me they had n't received my payment. I advised them AGAIN of what occurred and was assured that it was simply a robo dial by the computer and the rep did see that I paid the XXXX payment. On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I received yet another call from a Lenderlive rep informing me that I missed my XXXX payment. AGAIN, I advised them that I had received calls EVERY DAY THAT WEEK in regards to a mortgage payment I already made. I AGAIN discussed the terrible website functionality with a rep. I was advised to have the money drafted directly from my account. I informed the rep that there is an egregious problem with Lenderlive 's accounting so there is NO way I am going to give them so much access to my bank account. I was again advised that the reps do n't look into the accounts until the computer completes its robocall and reaches a live person. Would n't it make sense to check first?? On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I received a letter from Lenderlive dated XXXX XXXX, 2015. This letter reads : " We can not accept any further delay in regards to the payment amount of {$1500.00} ( payment INCLUDING LATE FEE! ) that is currently due. ''

I borrowed {$360000.00} from XXXX XXXX for a home loan in XXXX, XXXX. This loan was assigned to LenderLive in XXXX, XXXX. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX Lender Live posted a payment of {$350000.00}, but did not apply to principal until XXXX XXXX, XXXX. This extra interest was not refunded. After making a {$2000.00} payment in XXXX, XXXX, I requested a payoff amount. It was under {$6200.00}. I made a {$3000.00} payment in XXXX and a {$3300.00} payment in XXXX. This pays off the loan balance and should result in a small refund check. There would be no complaint filed if this had gone per plan, but the following actually happened due to the total incompetence of Lender Live : LenderLive sent me a letter dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX stating that I was past due for the XXXX payment with late charges of {$88.00}. I immediately called XXXX the next day to contest this and spoke to XXXX. He asked me to XXXX a statement from XXXX XXXX XXXX with the date and check number of the XXXX payment. I did this the next day, along with a detailed letter from me. The letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX stated that check number XXXX issued to LenderLive for {$3000.00} was made on XXXX XXXX, XXXX and cleared on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I called several times the next few weeks asking for resolution. On one such call I spoke with XXXX and she told me that it had been elevated to XXXX. However, XXXX never called, and I was totally stonewalled from reaching her or any manager at LenderLive. All this time I am receiving daily letters about my past due account. This included telephone calls and even a FAX. I could not stop LenderLive, no matter what I did. In late XXXX I sent my final XXXX payment for {$3300.00}. This time I mailed a personal check, rather than using XXXX XXXX XXXX bill pay. It was received and cleared. I continued the aggravating sequence of daily calls to XXXX, wasting at least a half hour per call ( during my work time ) trying to resolve the issue. I kept a few names of telephone operators : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. They all promised resolution and all failed. LenderLive seemed to be perfectly insulated from any responsibility to help me. My loan was payed off, but the website and operators could never acknowledge this fact. In a final act of desperation, I called XXXX XXXX who had created the loan with XXXX XXXX. He passed it to XXXX XXXX at XXXX. She contacted XXXX XXXX, a VP at LenderLive. XXXX made things happen. The mysterious XXXX finally called to say that there had been a big mistake and that LenderLive was re-training their people. I could not get an answer as to why no management staff had contacted me after all the calls that I had made. She offered no explanation, just a thin apology. I called XXXX the next day to ask if LenderLive had filed complaints with the credit agencies. She checked and said yes. She said she would " try '' to correct this. I just received a check for {$120.00} with no calculation explanation. I want LenderLive to account for this, since I believe it is incorrect. I also want LenderLive to verify that my credit record has been corrected and unblemished. I also want LenderLive to account for why I did not receive a response in the government required time and had to go to heroic efforts through LenderLive executive management to resolve this issue. I also want the notarized reconveyance document. It would also be nice to receive a written letter of apology. I believe that LenderLive has acted irresponsibly and has broken the law. I would like to have the CFPB perform a full investigation and prosecute as is required. Thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX

Last year, our mortgage company ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) was sold to a new company ( Lender Live Network ). Since then, we have had a number of issues. We recently have undergone a bit of financial hardship, and we have attempted a number of times to setup repayment plans through LenderLive. Throughout this time, I have had no access online to see details around my account, including any fees charged, amount due, contracts or confirmations to these plans, etc. Everything had to be handled by phone. At first, I trusted that this would be sufficient. However, after allegedly not receiving our first payment or the signed form for the payment plan, my home was put into foreclosure. I was later sent back the personal check that was sent in and informed that it needed to be a cashier 's check for the first payment. Although this did not align with what I was informed, it still seemed a reasonable explanation. I had to agree to fees to pull my mortgage out of foreclosure. This process would take 24 hours is what I was told. It took over a week. The fees were not waived and nothing was done for this. No one communicated with me in this time, and since I do not have access to my account, I had to call every day to get an update. No one ever had an explanation other than to call again the next day. Finally, this was completed and a repayment plan was setup again. I was told I would be sent back the other check they had received from my previous repayment plan which I could in turn send back toward my new one. They never sent it back, they actually deposited it. This is yet another time what they told me over the phone conflicted with their actions. Since then, I sent in XXXX additional checks toward my mortgage. Last week, I received notice my home was going into a Sheriff 's Sale. I called immediately and was informed they have n't received payment since XX/XX/XXXX. I explained this was false, and even have a copy of the check that was deposited into their account that they claimed they would be sending back. They told me to send me all of the check numbers, amounts and dates and that they would submit them to " Payment Research ''. Since I have received so much conflicting information over the phone, I sent them an email via the form on their website requesting all communication be through email going forward, so that I would have documentation of what I was being told. I also faxed in copies of the XXXX checks that have been sent to them since XX/XX/XXXX, including the one that they already had deposited in XX/XX/XXXX. I requested that my mortgage be pulled from foreclosure, that I receive either access to my online account or a statement showing activity to my account, and that any fees be reversed due to the disorganization of their company, because I find it hard to believe that XXXX checks got lost in the mail, and they will not allow me to pay via any other method. I did not receive a response. Today I sent them a follow up with the same requests, saying that if I again do not receive a response, I will have to involve an attorney so that my home does not go into foreclosure due to their disorganization and refusal to communicate or work with me.

I am writing a formal complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX and LenderLive. I closed on my home through a VA Loan on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, through XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). XXXX started using LenderLive for servicing payments on my loan without notifying me in advance. I continued making payments on my mortgage. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I received a call randomly asking me where I want my payments for my mortgage. The caller claims her name is " XXXX '' and represents XXXX XXXX XXXX. I voice that the call sounds like a phishing attempt as I have never received a call like this. XXXX threatens to return my payments without applying them to the loan. I voice my disagreement with her actions & voice my concerns that returning payments I have made on the loan without applying those payments to the mortgage sets a dangerous precedent. I asked to speak with XXXX 's supervisor, and she refused that request as well. I called LenderLive later to confirm that my payments were being applied to the mortgage. A Lender Live employee confirmed this information later that day. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I received a letter dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX, from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) stating that my loan is being transferred from XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX 's letter makes no mention of Lender Live, leading me to believe it is a phishing attempt. Also, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I made a call to Lender Live to discuss why a Lender Live employee threatened to return payments and refused to get a supervisor on the phone during our call. The supervisor I spoke with confirmed " XXXX '' made the call on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and confirmed he would review the XXXX XXXX phonecall. I asked what relationship LenderLive has to XXXX. The supervisor confirmed that LenderLive has a relationship to CENLAR and confirmed that my loan was being transferred. I reminded the Supervisor that mortgage servicers are required to provide written notice at least 15 days before the effective date of the transfer. The supervisor retorted that the letters were sent out prior to the weekend and thus meet the 15 day requirement. The supervisor at LenderLive did not have an answer for why I had received a notice of transfer from XXXX dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and yet LenderLive failed to meet that 15 day deadline. In summary, my complaint names XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and CENLAR. My concern with XXXX is that my VA XXXX is being set up to fail by a mortgage servicer with numerous complaints and XXXX ( XXXX ) star reviews on numerous websites. Finally, the pattern exhibited in my complaint consists of XXXX XXXX XXXX and LenderLive ignoring the laws set by RESPA and the FDCPA and failing to meet the requirements of providing written notice within the set timeframe.

The company servicing my mortgage loan switched about 9 months ago. According to the current servicing company ; lender live ; notices of the transfer and two missed payments were sent to my address on file. The address was that of the house under the loan and not the house I live at. I never received the notices or any notice from lender live. As a result my payments continued to be sent to the previous service company for two months because it was set to auto pay from my bank. During this time lender live proceeded to report these a delinquencies on both my ex-wife and my credit report. When I noticed that the checks were not being cashed I immediately contacted the previous service provider and they explained the loan had been transferred to lender live. I contacted lender live to determine if the payments had been forwarded and they indicated they had not received any payments. I explained the situation, sent them proof that the payments had been sent to the previous service provider, paid the balance due and lender live opened an internal investigation. According to multiple conversations with various lender live representatives the investigation was concluded and according to the representatives lender live was going to correct credit reports. After following up on multiple occasions over several months lender live had still not corrected the reports and would not return my calls. I filed a complaint with the XXXX and received a response from lender live indicating they " were not '' going to correct the credit reports even though I had been told that they would. I then requested all documentation concerning my account and the interactions concerning this matter and lender live responded that they would not provide the information because it was " proprietary ''. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC. The reported delinquencies could have a very real affect on my personal finances, my job and it has just recently prevented my ex-wife from being able to qualify for a mortgage on what would be her first home that she intended to purchase on her own. I can provide any all documentation I have, including the bank statements, proof of payment, credit report, XXXX complaint and responses, and FTC complaint. Please let me know if there 's anything I can do at this point. Thank you for your time and attention.

" Lender live '' is the mortgage company for my rental home. On XXXX XXXX my home was damaged by vandalism. The insurance company covered the claim and sent a check made out to myself and the mortgage company. I endorsed the check and mailed the check certified mail to Lender live. Lender Live received the check on XXXX XXXX, 2016. I never received any correspondence from lender live. I called " lender live '' multiple times, and I finally reached them on XXXX XXXX. Lender live said I needed to send a " statement of loss '' from XXXX before they would respond to my request to release the check back to me. I faxed the statement of loss to lender live on XXXX XXXX. Lender live claimed that never received the fax. After many phone calls, " lender live '' found the fax and said that they needed to inspect the property, and I would hear from them in 7 to 10 days. Ten days passed and I never received correspondence from them. On XXXX XXXX, I called them again and spoke to customer service rep XXXX. XXXX said that the department that handles the checks, " loss and drafts '' requested more paperwork. I asked XXXX when lender live or their department called " loss and drafts '' were going to contact me about the more paperwork. XXXX said that " loss and drafts '' do not correspond with customers. I asked if I could call them. XXXX said no, they do not receive calls or send out calls. XXXX stated that she would send another message to " loss and drafts '' to request what was needed, but she did not know how or when I would hear back from them. From the start of the process I have never received any correspondence from lender live. Lender live has a department that is holding a {$21000.00} check. This department does not correspond with customers ; however requires correspondence with customers to release my check. This is an unfair practice to customers and is costing me {$1500.00} a month in lost rent since I am waiting for " lender live '' to releases my check. I filed a complaint with XXXX about Lender Live. Two days later I received a letter from lender live stating my mortgage had been transferred to a new mortgage company and I would have follow up with them concerning the insurance check.

My mortgage, XXXX, was resold by Lenderlive to what appears to be another Lenderlive company under XXXX XXXX XXXX. With that change I had to create a new user ID and PW to their online site, I have lost all history of my previous account and there is little to no supporting information for my loan. On top of that I received a check in the mail for {$280.00} on XXXX XXXX, 2016 indicating I had an overage for my escrow. I know there have been NO measurable changes to my property taxes, home owners insurance nor have I received any info on my PMI changing. Since I did n't think I had an overage I did n't want to cash the check. I logged into my online account view and I noticed my XXXX payment has increased by {$130.00} a month. I have received NO INFORMATION on why my payment increased. I called and was told someone did an escrow analysis and that " must be why '' but no one could give me details. How could I get an overage check but my payment go up? I have also asked for information in writing which I have not received. I can not see any escrow details online, I ca n't see what they used for my escrow analysis and I was told " we have a right to take a 2 month escrow cushion so we must be collecting on that ''. I have had my mortgage open for over 3 year with an escrow account that has not changed. How could they now call due 2 full months of escrow payments out of no where. Doing business as Lenderlive, but under a XXXX name should n't allow Lenderlive to collect more money from me. I have NEVER missed a payment and in fact I pay extra to principle every month. Now I am told I owe {$1500.00} MORE to my escrow when there was no change to any of the taxes or insurance I owe. I have asked for information in writing which I have received none and I have sent a letter via 'contact us ' within my online account access and I have not had any response in over a week. I would expect to get detailed information on my escrow account, I expect my payment NOT to change unless I owe more to my insurance or taxes ( which would n't change that much ) and I would expect to have my details available within my online account access. All of my information is up to date in my account.

We made a payment in XXXX for the XXXX payment to LenderLive via our bank draft. An automated payment was already scheduled so they received XXXX checks. Both were cashed. We realized this and called in XXXX to confirm the XXXX payment went toward XXXX due date. It was confirmed the XXXX payment was taken care of, the next payment due would be XXXX XXXX and we would receive a statement reflecting this. We did receive a statement and she was correct. So we set up our XXXX payment. On XXXX & XXXX, we began getting calls to ask why our XXXX payment was late. I reviewed the above with the representative and they indicated our payment was " reversed. '' I told them no one informed us of any " reversal '' and this went against the previous info we had received both verbally and in writing. Then I asked where our money was. They could not tell me why it was reversed or where our money was. They had to open a ticket to research, with resolution in 24-48 hours. We have received several more mailings, including a new statement showing XXXX payments due, and Past due notices including late fees and urgency. The other representatives calling do not even check the notes as we 've received several calls in that same time period to collect this balance " due '' AFTER the Dispute ticket was opened. We need to know where our money is and how to get it reapplied to the XXXX payment as they had done originally and confirmed with us. If this can not be done, we will pay the XXXX payment again ONLY once we receive these funds back to our originating account. Further, we need any late notices, or fees to be removed from this account. I have all documentation and summaries of phone calls. Our XXXX payment is already scheduled regardless of above outcome. Lenderlive representatives have been very polite once they realize their company has contradicted information provided to us the borrowers, but this company 's record keeping and practices is not acceptable. Our originating mortgage broker sold this mortgage within a month. LenderLive should not be included in the pool of mortgage companies to transfer accounts too.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from LenderLive Network informing me " that the servicing of [ my ] mortgage loan has been transferred to a processing center at LenderLive Network '' and that " the right to collect payment [ by LenderLive ] is effective XX/XX/XXXX ''. I did nothing at the time, thinking it was fraudulent, since I had received another similar letter back on XX/XX/XXXX stating that my loan " was sold to XXXX XXXX or to XXXX XXXX as trustee for a trust holding your mortgage loan on XX/XX/XXXX '' but that " the sale of your mortgage loan does not affect any term or condition of the mortgage, deed, or note '' and " requires no action on your part ''. Then on XX/XX/XXXX, I got a notice of " payment past due and credit score warning '' from a debt collector, stating that " LenderLive Network was now servicing my account on behalf of XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. There was also an itemized bill accompanying the notice dated XX/XX/XXXX that had an extra amount of {$68.00}, supposedly due to the absence of PMI. The original lender, XXXX, never made contact with me regarding the transfer of the loan, which is why I did nothing with the XXXX XXXX letter from LenderLive. I contacted LenderLive, and they explained the difference in cost by saying that they were billing us for an extra {$68.00} due to the absence of PMI when XXXX was in charge of the loan. I then paid the increased Escrow amount for XXXX, bringing my total to {$1200.00}. I created an online account with LenderLive, and when I logged in to pay XXXX 's bill, the amount due was back to the original {$1100.00}. My complaint is due to the following : ( 1 ) not being given notice from XXXX that my loan was sold and thus charged late fees by LenderLive during the transfer process when my account was in auto-pay and ( 2 ) that the value of the mortgage went up -- I am being charged more for PMI after LenderLive took over the loan because they said I had n't been paying PMI at all when the loan was being serviced through XXXX.

The mortgage company does n't pay homeowner 's insurance. I received a letter from my insurance company letting me know that almost 2 weeks after the due date the homeowner 's insurance has not been paid by the mortgage company. The money is in the escrow account! I first called the mortgage company XXXX. They said they never received a bill. I then e-mailed them the letter of the insurance company in which they were letting me know that we have 1 additional month to pay the premium otherwise the homeowner 's insurance will be cancelled XXXX at midnight. I was told they will take care of it right away. I called the insurance company XXXX to check if the payment was made. It was n't! So on XXXX I called the insurance company again to check but still no payment! I called the mortgage company. First I was on hold for about 15 minutes, when XXXX came back I told him I am recording this call. He said fine and disappeared for another 20 minutes. Then I was told that the bill was still not paid but they will pay it that day. I asked how they will pay it and he told me via automated bank draft. When I asked for a confirmation he said he could n't give me one. He also mentioned that he " went above and beyond '' to help me. I thought it was their job to pay my insurance on time since they are collecting the money from me. Because I was n't able to get a confirmation for the payment I asked to speak to his supervisor. I was transferred and the supervisor told me that they will send a check today. So I again asked for a check number or some confirmation. He said he ca n't give me XXXX now but promised to call me as soon as he had one that day. He called around XXXX and told me that they attempted to pay over the phone but the insurance company did n't accept their payment via phone. So it 's not their fault that the bill was n't paid. Our insurance company gave us another 30 day extension. I hope by then the mortgage company will find a possibility to pay.

I was paying my mortgage payments regularly to Lender Live/ XXXX XXXX XXXX since 2015. I was dividing my payments into {$680.00} twice a month because it is easier for me to budget that way. All was going well until ( read on ) : XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX I made XXXX payments of XXXX and it was applied to XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX ( my bank sent out XXXX payments by mistake and said my payments were on automatic which they were not ) and XXXX XXXX - XXXX payments of XXXX were to be applied to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX I paid payments of XXXX each to be applied to XXXX. In addition, on XXXX and XXXX I made additional payments of XXXX and designated exactly how these chould be divided to try to pay off a little bit of my loan early. One of my XXXX payments went directly to T+I and my XXXX went to T+I. I had to call them to ask them to apply them appropriately. The lady I spoke to said that never should have happened. The payment of XXXX was reapplied but again to XXXX which I had ALREADY paid. When this started happening, they promptly sold my loan to XXXX who is telling that I am arrears for a payment. I sent a registered letter to XXXX XXXX asking them to send me past statements ( which I can no longer access online ) so I could try to understand what had happened and they sent me XXXX sheet of paper with XXXX lines on it with T+I balances on it from XXXX and XXXX. They did not send me the statements. Luckily, feeling that something was amiss, I did happen to do a print screen for these months I am talking about but you can not tell that payments were sent to T+I. The error from XXXX is on there. I am tired of trying to deal with XXXX/Lender Live and I a tired of trying to tell XXXX that my payments were caught up with LenderLive and I should owe them NOTHING in arrears. These places are just too big for me!! I hope you can help. Thank You, XXXX XXXX

My mortgage was serviced by LenderLive. I was current on the loan as of XXXX XXXX but I was out of work and using savings to pay. I agreed to a forbearance plan with LenderLive in XXXX XXXX. I explained that I need a security clearance to get work and therefore needed to avoid any negative credit reporting for the mortgage. They told me that they would not do negative credit reporting while I was on the forbearance plan. The forbearance plan was supposed to last for six months, until XXXX XXXX, XXXX. At that point I would enter into a repayment agreement with LenderLive according to the plan. Instead, LenderLive reported on my credit as if I was missing payments during the forbearance plan. I noticed the negative reporting in XXXX XXXX. I was looking at my credit because I was going up for security clearance for a job. When I called LenderLive about it they refused to fix the credit reporting. They had previously been ridiculously rude to me over the phone -- they even insulted me for being a XXXX veteran. In XXXX XXXX LenderLive transferred my loan to XXXX. XXXX did not have any information about the forbearance plan. As far as they were concerned, I was six months behind on my mortgage. After the transfer, LenderLive refused to talk to me about the issue or to fix it. They just directed me to XXXX. XXXX did n't have the records and did n't know what I was talking about. I want LenderLive to correct the information reported on my credit to reflect that I was on a forbearance plan and was not responsible for the payments from XXXX XXXX through XXXX XXXX. Therefore I should not have missed payments recorded for those dates. I would also like an apology for their insults of my status as a XXXX veteran.

I am an XXXX service member and XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. When we arrived in the area we purchase a house for {$190000.00} and by XXXX the value had dropped dramatically. I am now set to transfer to XXXX in XXXX of XXXX and can not afford to keep the property so I started the process to sell my house in XXXX of XXXX, thinking that two years was more than enough time to sell before leaving. I know I will never be able to sell the property for as much as I paid for it so I requested a Short Sale through my then mortgage company. After a couple of months of waiting for a reply from them and listing the house for sale, that mortgage company sold my loan to another mortgage company and in the process lost some of the documents causing the buyer we had for the property to back out because they were taking to long. We then got back on track with the new company trying to sell the house. The last appraisal was done in XXXX of XXXX stating the house was worth {$76000.00}. We listed the house for {$100000.00} and received an offer at that price. Now almost a year and a half into trying to sell this house and not go into foreclosure, my now mortgage lender says they need to net {$140000.00} to approve the Short Sale. I have never missed a monthly mortgage payment and can not afford to in the future because it will affect my security clearance and my job. I do n't know what else to do. We have been very patient and done everything this company has asked. If I foreclose on this house it will affect my career and family and that is the last thing I want to do but come XXXX of XXXX I will not have a choice and will be forced to foreclose. I would very much appreciate any assistance you could offer. Thank you.

I became behind on my mortgage payments due to loss of income in the home. In XXXX 2015 I met with and discussed my options with a foreclosure program for my area. I filed the borrower response package to my mortgage lender per the suggestion of the the foreclosure prevention program. I received notice in mid XXXX that in order to process the loan modification request they needed more verification 's, I sent in the requested verification 's via fax. I had n't been sent a decision of my request but found out on XXXX XXXX, 2015 that my home had been sold at a sheriff 's sale on XXXX the XXXX. I have researched what I did wrong and other than falling behind on my payments I followed the procedures that I was supposed to to prevent the sale of my property. Once the request for loan modification/ partial forbearance of my FHA issued loan the foreclosure process should have been suspended until they fully processed the request. I also was not given a chance to appeal their supposed denial of my request because I did n't receive the denial. According to the law I was n't given the opportunity to save my home like I should have been able to. Since the request for loan modification I have been setting aside what would have been my loan payments in good faith that my situation would be given the consideration that it is supposed to under the law. I would like assistance to get the sale overturned and the full opportunity to save my home.

I have been making my mortgage payments each and every month on time, and have even put in an extra {$100.00} each month towards the principle. I started making my payments in XXXX of 2014. I found errors on their invoices about the due dates that was two months ahead. I let the lender know that this error was on their invoices. About six months ago, the lender sent me a letter stating that I had missed a payment, but after going through with their dispute department, they realized that were wrong and that I had made all of my payments on time which they said they had corrected. But after looking at my future invoices I realized that my principle balance had n't gone down between my payments. The lender has gone back and un-applied some payments and reapplied them back again, but are wrong in their calculations and have caused me to be short on my escrow which has raised my monthly by almost a hundred dollars a month. We are in dispute right now and my original lender has been trying to work on my behalf to correct these errors to no avail, even though my original lender sees the errors, but has been unable to explain to me why this is so. I have just received another letter from this lender saying that they were transferring my loan to another company, I believe this company knows that they are at fault for these errors but some reason, they are unwilling to correct them and passed the loan off the someone else.

I pay my mortgage on time. Although the payments are taken out of my checking account immediately, they are not applied to my account for several days. On XXXX XXXX, 2015 I received a notice that my mortgage was over XXXX days late. I also had a late fee attached to my XX/XX/XXXX payment. I contacted the company ( LenderLive ) and was told that the money I paid online for my XX/XX/XXXX mortgage payment was applied to a fee that LenderLive was supposed to tell me in XX/XX/XXXX that they believed I owed. I do not owe any fees to LenderLive. I refinance my mortgage with XXXX, fully paid XXXX, and they sold the mortgage to LenderLive. I received a letter from LenderLive in XX/XX/XXXX that my account was in good standing, I pay on time, and yet I suddenly owe over {$1000.00} and not only was the representative unable to tell me exactly what it was for, they reported me as delinquent to the credit reporting agency!!! I now have a credit score dropped by XXXX points because of money I do not owe. I did NOT authorize LenderLive to apply my mortgage payment to whatever it is they applied it to, I do not owe anyone money, I should not have had a late fee applied, and where is the $ XXXX dollars that were not applied?? I paid $ XXXX and they used $ XXXX for unauthorized purposes, did not credit me the remainder AND fraudulently reported me to the credit bureaus!!

I have an issue regarding a mortgage payment I am trying to get corrected. My wife and I have a mortgage that was opened XXXX XXXX and we began making payment to our loan servicer ( Lender Live ) on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. As of XXXX XXXX our loan was sold to XXXX XXXX. I had made the payment for the XXXX/XXXX/XXXX due date through Lender Live on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, however, when Lender Live sent my loan information to XXXX XXXX, they advised XXXX XXXX that I was still due for the XXXX/XXXX/XXXX due date instead of the due date of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. At this point, I have spoken with Lender Live customer service a few times and unfortunately they have not been very helpful to resolve this. XXXX XXXX has provided me with copies of the documentation they received from Lender Live and it does show that the payment was still due for XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. At this point, I am needing Lender Live to get in touch with XXXX XXXX to provide them with the correct documentation showing that the first payment I was to make to them was XXXX/XXXX/XXXX or else have the XXXX/XXXX/XXXX payment sent back to me so that I can send it to XXXX XXXX myself and receive credit for it. I hope this makes sense and hopefully you can point me in the right direction to get this issue resolved. Thank You! XXXX XXXX

Our mortgage loan was bought out by Lenderlive as of XX/XX/XXXX Since then we have had nothing but problems. We have been dealing with 2 different issues over the past 4 months with no resolution. First issue : Our property taxes, due by XX/XX/XXXX STILL have not been paid, and it is XX/XX/XXXX. We have emailed the delinquency letter weeks ago to the escrow department, however our escrow balance has dramatically decreased and nothing has ever been received by our property tax office. Second issue : We had an open insurance claim when our loan was bought by Lenderlive in XX/XX/XXXX. We provided all insurance reimbursement documentation to which Lenderlive acknowledged they would provide the remaining balance to us.We STILL have not received the last payment of our insurance funds. After XXXX checks returned for insufficient funds from Lenderlive we are still in dissolution and having to email the NSF checks to the company for " further resolution ''. We are extremely dissatisfied with the slow progression of our XXXX different issues. We have gone in circles with a representative on the phone about XXXX a week for the past 4 months. Lenderlive has reassured us multiple times that someone in " management '' would contact us to which NEVER has happened.

I had a mortgage through Lender Live XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PA XXXX . My loan includes escrow payments to cover the property taxes and the homeowner 's insurance. In XXXX XXXX Lender Live failed to pay the homeowner 's insurance and it lapsed. I paid the insurance personally once I became aware of the problem and was eventually reimbursed. In XXXX of XXXX I decided to check and see if the property tax had been paid and I discovered it had not. I paid that personally as well. The property taxes were due on XXXX XXXX . Lender Live sold our loan effective XXXX XXXX and they did not pay the property tax. I have asked for a full accounting of my escrow account. They have no explanation for why they are collecting the escrow and then failing to responsibly pay the bills when due. Lender Live is no longer the loan servicer but when I contacted the new loan servicer they were unaware of where the escrow payments should go and also said there was no indication the escrow was to pay property tax as well as insurance. The total escrow collected is significantly more than the total of the taxes and insurance. I think Lender Live is horribly disorganized and irresponsible.

For two months now I have been dealing with LenderLive lying to me about my taxes on my property and even before that they have lied to me. When I was refinancing they told me they would not add any money onto my refinance and after I had signed the papers they added {$7000.00} to my loan! But back to the taxes. XX/XX/XXXX a represenative and I talked and they told me to avoid my monthly payments going up I would need to pay {$1800.00} into my escrow. So I did, but then my payments still went from XXXX to XXXX a month even after paying them. I call them multiple times and the representative tells me they will survey the account to lower the payments but on a final call turns out the taxes had gone up on the property so it would never really go down. Well I get a letter in the mail today on XXXX XXXX, 2016 saying the estimated taxes instead of being the original XXXX they raised it to it would be lowered to XXXX as of XXXX XXXX, 2016. But once again another good old trick from lenderlive! I look on their website to verify and according to their website as of XXXX XXXX, 2016 my payment will be going up for my taxes to XXXX a month. All of this does n't sound right to me, I feel like I am getting scammed.

Since XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Under Lender Live XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CO XXXX XXXX ) assumed my mortgage debt from XXXX In XXXX 2015, I have experienced nothing but harassing phone calls and now false reports on my credit report. Each month through multiple harassing calls I have informed and provided documentation that my mortgage has been paid for the month and that the lender has cashed the check. Each month is a different excuse, such as : they misread the account on the check or when I sent it through their web site, I was told it was the wrong account. Now they are sending letters not to my mailing address, but to the house ( which is rental property ). Also, they have began placing late payment information on my credit report. I have documentation of all cancelled checks, verification of payments submitted, and email correspondence where I have identified the issue each month and provided the information for them to correct. I have never been late on a mortgage payment or had any issues until this company assumed the mortgage. I would like this matter corrected and my credit report adjusted immediately. Your assistance is appreciated.

My wife and I purchased a new construction home in XXXX XXXX. LenderLive serviced the loan including escrow through XXXX and at the beginning of XXXX, XXXX Mortgage took over servicing the loan. In XXXX XXXX, XXXX Mortgage performed an escrow analysis and found that there was a shortage of {$25000.00}. We contacted LenderLive about the shortage and they admitted that XXXX escrow analysis should have been done during XXXX, but none were performed. To correct the shortage, our monthly payment will go from {$2200.00} to {$5700.00} for a 12 month period and then to {$3500.00} going forward. After contacting LenderLive and speaking with multiple customer service representatives and a Director, they admit that there was no escrow analysis performed when there should have been, yet the Director says that it is not their responsibility to adjust the monthly payment in a timely manner to avoid such large shortages. We have tried to contact the Vice President of LenderLive, but our call has not been taken and voicemail has not been returned. We are now trying to negotiate with XXXX Mortgage a reasonable payment plan to pay off the escrow shortage.

Now they have transfer our loan to another mortgage, but they increased our monthly payment more than XXXX dlls in order to pay the difference of what they pay for oir taxes and insurance. We have a budget for all our expensives and now with this mo thly payment they want us to pay it is just so bad for our finances right now. They should 've done the right tax search since the beginning so we will be alert of the increase. When i call them they told me that it is our problem and we are responsible for paying for it even though they made the mistake for not having the correct ammount for our taxes. I do n't know what to do now with this increase of my monthly payment.

This is my second complaint on Lender Live. After my first complaint here, Lender Live sold my loan and have failed to send me proper notification. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and I still have no idea who to pay, who my new mortgage company is or any info on my new account. All I know is when I attempted to pay Lender Live on XX/XX/XXXX, I was denied access to my account and was unable to pay. So I then called Lender Live and was told they sold it. After being put on hold for 20 minutes I was seemingly intentionally hung up on. " XXXX '' was the Lender Live " manager '' that I last spoke to after she contacted me concerning my first complaint and so that is who I requested to speak to before I was hung up on. I even left a message for a return call from a manager and once again it went ignored. Lender Live is completely and totally a mismanaged, devious company and their customer service is totally unacceptable. I need to know who my new mortgage company is and how to pay. There needs to be some way to verify who I am paying as well. " XXXX '' needs to call me ASAP!!!!

Lenderlive XXXX mortgage servicer sent me an escrow refund check in the amount of {$420.00} and I then receive a delinquent tax bill from XXXX XXXX stating the taxes have n't been paid. I contacted Lenderlive and they eventually paid the back taxes ; however, my mortgage payment has now increased 8 % from {$1600.00} to {$1700.00} due to a projected shortfall in the escrow account. Even though I put down 20 % when I purchased my house and would have preferred to pay my own taxes and insurance, I was required by my lender to make these payments into an escrow account. Now I 'm stuck with Lenderlive XXXX who ca n't seem to keep their records straight. If I 'm being held accountable for making my mortgage payments on time, then there should be some sort of repercussions for Lenderlive 's late tax payment and poor record keeping. The increased payment is not the issue. I understand why it 's happening. The issue is that I 'm held to XXXX standard and Lenderlive can apparently do whatever they please.

Here in Colorado my mortgage company was bought out by Lender Live last year ( about 11 months ago ). Since then Lender Live 's website has been nonfunctional and erroneous despite my numerous requests that they fix it. The website would not allow me to enter my account numbers properly for some reason. They claimed it was because I have ( and use ) an XXXX XXXX. The result has been my payments are late and Im penalized over their errors. Also I have been told several times for several months ( at least XXXX ) that the problem was being addressed. Most recently when I finally was able to talk to a manager I was told that there was nothing being done to fix the problem. I have been lied to repeatedly and I put in several unanswered requests that a manager contact me. This company has no responsibility for what they say whatsoever. Attempts to contact the company on the phone results in at least 30 min to an hour of time spent and a supervisor or management is almost never available.

Lender Live should have been tracking my insurance and taxes as their full responsibility to pay these thru my escrow.

This time I talked to a woman named XXXX who said it would take until XX/XX/XXXX to clear up their mistake, but in the meantime I would have to pay mortgage increase of {$100.00}, adding insult to injury. They want me to pay extra for their wanton negligence. Seeking advice ... Is there a Real Estate resolution board or a Real Estate fraud board? Small Claims court? Any help appreciated, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX

Lenderlive has admitted to paying out almost {$1600.00} from our Escrow balance to the wrong Insurance company. Since then, and before we noticed the error, our loan was sold to another servicer. Now that servicer shows our escrow short, and is increasing our payments. I contacted Lenderlive on XX/XX/XXXX. They had the correct insurance company, amount and status listed, but acknowledged paying someone elses Hazard insurance. I was supposed to get a call back. By Friday XXXX, I called again. The supervisor had yet to start their shift and I was promised a call back, but XX/XX/XXXX or Monday XX/XX/XXXX. Still nothing. This money was essentially stolen from us and we are waiting for them to reimburse us or our new mortgage servicer ASAP. This money is in their hands somewhere since the other persons escrow most likely has an overage. This is the second issue I 've had with Lenderlive.

Good Afternoon, On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I received a notice from my current mortgage company informing me that my loan was being sold to LenderLive Network , Inc. effective XXXX XXXX, 2015 and I would be receiving a letter with instructions from LenderLive Network , Inc. with my new loan number and instructions for making my mortgage payments. It 's now XXXX XXXX, 2015 and I have n't received anything from LenderLive Network , Inc. I 've tried calling LenderLive Network 's customer service line and have been hung up on 5 times by their automated service. I just want to know where to send my mortgage payment and to speak to a human being at LenderLive for questions. The law requires that new loan servicer companies to notify you 15 days prior to the effective date of the change and Lenderlive Network , Inc. has not sent anything! Please help!

My loan was transferred to LenderLive XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX loans just a month after I refinanced with XXXX. In my original HUD loan agreement with XXXX it is clearly stated that I wo n't be paying escrow for property taxes as I pay the county property taxes directly. In XX/XX/XXXX XXXX sent me a new escrow statement increasing my monthly payment to include additional/new property taxes escrow. Even though I have made every loan payment to XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX before their due date they are charging me late fees because I refuse to pay them escrow for property taxes ( not in my original contract ). I have spent countless hours by phone/email to have escrow removed, they claim to have removed the property tax escrow but I still get harassing letters saying I am behind on payments asking for late fees with credit score warnings.

Lender Live has began the same unscrupulous tactics that began XXXX 2015 ( see previous complaint ref # XXXX XXXX. I have bean receiving multiple phone calls daily stating that I did not pay my mortgage in XXXX. I have bill pay which automatically sends a check monthly. The agent ( XXXX ) recommended that I make a payment immediately so it does not show on my credit report. I told him no since my bank makes the same payment each month. XXXX stated that since there is no coupon associated with the payment, the computer may misdirect it and I am still responsible even if I have confirmation from my bank when the check was mailed and delivered. My account number and property address is on each payment. I should not be harassed and threatened because the organization does not have the appropriate systems to process payments.

In XXXX 2016 I sustained hail damage to my home. A claims adjuster inspected the damage and advised me a check would be issued to both myself and my mortgage servicer, Lender Live. Lender Live sent me a Loss Claim package that directed I send the endorsed check to Lender Live. Lender Live cashed the check on XXXX XXXX, 2016. Although I have Lender Live 's customer service more ten times, Lender Live has refused to send me any funds to repair my home. Lender Live acknowledges having received the package which also contains the check, and acknowledges having cashed the check, My insurance company, XXXX, also has a record of the negotiated check. I have written letters to Lender Live, e mails, and calls, all to no actions on Lender Live 's part.

My mortgage company is LenderLive. On XXXX/XXXX/2015 they withdrew 2 payments from my escrow account for home insurance and Property Taxes. It has been 3 weeks now but neither the county nor the insurance company has received the payments. Also, they withdrew almost {$350.00} more than the actual tax bill. I am trying to get my loan transferred to another lender but I ca n't as they require the payments to be made before they can transfer the loan. Every time I call Lender Live, they tell me that they payments have been made and I have to talk to a new person to explain them all over again. I read the reviews about this company and it seems that other people also have had issues with them paying out the bills from escrow. Please help.

I recently refinanced my FHA mortgage to a conventional mortgage to get rid of the PMI, However when it was time to closing I realized that my FHA mortgage holder was collecting two months of interest and two months of PMI, whoever they were paid in 6 weeks and they did n't give me a refund for the extra 2 weeks paid, perhaps they collected for the month of XXXX and XXXX but they were paid off on XXXX XXXX, I believe they owe my the interest and the PMI charged for the last two weeks of XXXX, I have called but their customer service does n't seem to be too helpful trying to tell me that my refund was already issued, however all they ever sent me was my Escrow account balance not a penny extra.

Lender Live was my mortgage servicer up until they transferred my loan. Lender Live sent my escrow payments to the wrong municipality, creating a large deficiency in my escrow and then notifying they were more than doubling my payments. When I notified them they had made a mistake, they never explained what happened, only that they needed to request refunds from the municipalities they sent my money to so they would be able to pay the correct taxes ( due to their error my property and school taxes were paid late ). They have yet to correct the issue, and provided the wrong escrow information to my new loan servicer so I am yet again trying to rectify the issue that Lender Live created.

I am receiving up to 7 calls a day from my loan servicer and about half of those calls are just dead air, no one on the other line. I have also instructed them that they are calling at very inconsiderate times as I work night shift and I have asked for no calls before XXXX or after XXXX. I repeatedly receive calls in both the XXXX hour and the XXXX hour. I understand I owe a debt and have no problem discussing the debt with my mortgage servicer, but 5-7 calls a day, every day except Sunday is starting to seem like harassment. I have discussed this with my servicer and their only answer is that calls will continue until the loan is brought current.

I do not know what company to send my XXXX mortgage loan payment to. I have received a transfer of servicing notice from XXXX Mortgage indicating that my XXXX XXXX mortgage payment is due to XXXX and I have received a Loan Billing Statement from LenderLive indicating that my XXXX payment is due to LenderLive. I believe that XXXX companies have violated RESPA, FDCPA, and UDAAP subjecting them to civil money penalties and they have created such confusion that I have no idea where to send my mortgage payment which now puts me at risk that my payment will be late or not applied to my loan properly.

We paid off a mortgage on XXXX XXXX, 2015 and have been following up with a discharge since. We have not received a discharge nor has the discharge been recorded at the Registry of Deeds. Many calls have been made and every time we call, we are told the lien release is being worked on or that we will get a call from a supervisor-no return calls are received. After a loan is paid in full, the bank is obligated to issue a discharge and state law in Massachusetts requires them to do so within 45 days.

My mortgage was transferred to LenderLive for servicing after we closed our loan. Once transferred, we submitted a form to request automatic ACH debits. Although they advertised online submission of the form, it was impossible to submit online. After attempting multiple times to submit online, we physically mailed in in the form. It has been three months since we submitted the form, and we have received no response, despite a promise for a response in less than 30 days.

My mortgage services was LenderLive. https : //www.lenderlive.com/ I have been calling the customer service line and was put on hold multiple times for over 45 minutes without anybody picking up the phone. I emailed twice and never received a response. I did not get my tax document either, which is why I was calling. It is very frustrating not to be able to talk to somebody about my loan and receive tax documentation. I need to file taxes asap.
